I was overcharged for my rental. When I rented online the charge was 19.95/day. I got my Van using my phone. when I got my bill the next day, I was charged for an extra day (which I did not keep the van an extra day) the amount was 79.95. Plus there was a $381 damage fee on my bill. I did not do any damage to the van. I tried to call the U-haul number on my bill and was told to call corporatePatricia T.

I had to drive the truck 23 miles into Hampton, VA even though there was a UHaul drop off 1.5 miles from where I dropped off the load. At pickup I tried to find a closer location but all the options offered me were at least 20 miles from where I drove the truck. Traffic was awful and I am still frustrated that I had no option to return the truck at a more convenient location.ROBERT T.

This was the worst experience ever!!!! Like the whole day was a mess. This wasn't even suppose to be my original location of pickup my original location literally gave my truck away to someone else and then they literally downgraded me into a small truck luckily it for all most of my things but still this was just the worst. Then this is the location they sent me too and he was the worst like customer service was literally terrible then I had to wait there for 20-30 mins before actually pulling off with the truck it has never taken that long in my life to get a Uhual I was just over the whole day.
