Bullshit. I paid 80 bucks upfront for my uhual. Was then charged another 60 dollars because it was said I didn't put gas back in. I put 2.2 gallons of gas back in to cover my 22 miles I traveled. Ridiculous business you have. Last time I will ever use U-Haul. Promise you that.ETHAN M.
I did not receive the appliance dolly or moving blankets because no one in the area had them. I had to go purchase a dolly to ensure I could make use of the movers that I hired. It is the second time in a row Uhaul left me in a pinch by not fulfilling my reservation and not providing notice. Not good customer service!Mel L.

The gauges in the truck did not operate consistently. The speedometer read 0 as I was driving. The gas gauge went from 3/4 full to E at various times. There were warnings that would appear and sound in one minute and then disappear the next. The turn signals operated sporadically. I honestly felt the truck was not serviced well and told the gentleman to consider not re-renting it until he serviced the truck. Someone could be harmed without the proper systems working. I took pics and video. I will not rent from him or recommend his place in the future. It has honestly made me reconsider how Uhaul conducts qa/qi with companies that are offering their services. It rained yesterday and this morning. When I got to my destination, my items in the truck and specifically my king mattress was soaked. It's pretty much ruined at this point. The truck not only leaked inside where my furniture was, but in the truck as well near the gas and break pedals. My feet got soaked while driving. The truck was also full of dog hair. In which is obvious the truck was not cleaned prior to them giving it to me.Shircola P.

Uhaul have been a nightmare (not the fault of this location). We selected to pick up via the app, we got the key to the truck no problem but the app wouldnt let us check out the truck. We then called customer service and were on hold for OVER AN HOUR waiting for someone to deal with us. The customer rep then told us that we would need additional ID as we were checking out the truck manually, which of course we didnt have as we werent checking out manually. Eventually they let us check out the truck.Niel F.

Auto Depot in Raleigh, NC has attempted to fraudulently charge me for 5 days of usage of a 5x8 trailor that was not used a total of 6 hours. I will never rent any piece of Uhaul equipment from any business other than an actual Uhaul rental center.NANCY N.

A process that should've taken about 10-15 minutes took about 45. The employees at Auto Depot were kind, but not quick problem solvers. I had originally reserved a 15' truck, 2 dozen furniture moving blankets, 2 furniture dollies and 1 appliance dolly. The same day of my pick-up, I realized I also needed a lock - so I called to ask if they had one. The employee I spoke with said yes, and I asked for it to be put to the side with my name on it so I could use that as well. When I arrived, there were no furniture blankets, not a single one, and there was a furniture dolly missing and the lock was also no longer available. When the employee I was checking in with realized there were no furniture blankets, he called UHaul to get my bill altered on my behalf. There was a lot of back and forth and he seemed to not know what the different items that I had reserved actually were and needed a lot of assistance from the UHaul service lady. Then when the second furniture dolly was nowhere to be found, he said he would call and get that fixed on my bill as well - but I never received the second adjusted bill, so I had to call myself. So yes, the equipment was clean - but no it was not well maintained because they had no idea what they had in their inventory. What was the point of reserving all of these items (minus the lock) in advance, if I was not going to receive these items?JORDAN B.
