There were several issues with my pickup and obtaining the keys; however, management and Uhaul support did a wonderful job at addressing the issues and getting everything taken care of.

This is 24/7 pick up location. However, there was no description provided for where to locate the vehicle and the pickup was outside of normal business hours for this authorized dealer. We reached out to U-Haul to confirm where the truck was located and we were given the number to the authorized dealer for confirmation. The dealer, although ultimately cooperative, expressed agitation at being contacted after hours for assistance. There were no explicit instructions as to where to find the truck we were supposed to use and the truck that did appear staged for pick up, was not the vehicle we required. Because of this hiccup, the check in process could not be completed from the app and had to be manually processed by the dealer. It was at this time the fuel level was inaccurately reported because there was virtually no fuel in the truck, which could not be documented formally through the pick up inspection process. However, the drop off location didn't ultimately charge us because we had taken photos. If this location were to be used by other patrons, I would only recommend scheduling pick-ups or drop offs during normal business hours of the furniture store because that, apparently, seems to be the only convenient timing for the dealer to complete transactions related to the U-Haul business.

Personnel was TERRIBLE!! I was having difficult closing out the reservation through the app. He came out to "help me with the problem," and upon entering the store, he was utterly disrespectful and disgusting as a human being. Uhal, DO BETTER!!! Stop hiring incompetent, disrespectful, and unknowledgeable persons to represent your company. Just SAD!

Uhaul was never open. Had poorly written note on door about going to lunch for 10 minutes. I went to lunch and returned 1 hour and 20 minutes. Note still there, Took my trailer that was rented on my application. Had to go back as the application doesn't allow renting a trailer even though it did. Returned the trailer to nobody being present.
