I rented a truck for 2 hours at 9pm and let the rep know I was dropping off the truck same night in Wesley Chapel, FL and was told we could drop off anywhere only to be charged a $210 wrong drop off fee. I should not be charged the fee and I am going to dispute this. Totally misleading and unacceptable!!

JOSE OEveryone I dealt with on both ends of the trip was above and beyond expectations. Courteous, efficient and expedient. Thank you very much. The pickup location is a small grocery, vape and paraphernalia store that treated me well and hooked up the trailer, but I still ended up going to a larger U-Haul center just a couple of miles away because I needed to adjust my hitch. The gentleman that helped me there was fantastic and even helped fix my hitch while he was getting rained on.

don bAttendant didn't know how trailer hooks up to hitch. He told us someone comes out once a month to inspect the equipment he has on hand. So there must be equipment going that isn't inspected. The Tampa gandy Blvd location informed us they don't inspect returned equipment.

ALEXIS NNot until they are completely up and running. It took 45 mins to check in and get the U-Haul. I had to give my information over the phone to someone I couldn’t verify and I was uncomfortable with that.
Shakoya AHad tried for days to get uhaul to address my repeated calls that I returned it to the address on the 30th. The uhaul app was not working, I took pictures and called the help number twice while at the location. Numerous calls to have my receipt sent to me. Told Numerous times that they would have to have a manager help me. Never heard from one. Only after receiving a recovery email did I get some help. I guess they found the manager somewhere. You want to look into a new area manager.
DONALD HI got charged for dollys that wasn’t in the truck and the online checked in is ridiculous. They gave me the wrong truck number which resulted us not being able to unlock the door and it took 45 mins to get the truck situated for this reason. Not very happy with the service at all.
