The truck was smoked out and the agent told Me there would be a mileage reimbursement due to not using the miles and there was no reimbursement.

Make sure that they are able to serve you with customer service at location. I had to wait due to employee needed to call his manager. I was late to my appointment at another place 40 minutes, due to this holdup.
Doni HThe person we were supposed to drop off the keys with said that there was nowhere we were allowed to park because he didn't prefer us to park in his lot so we had to drive 30 minutes to the nearest location that would actually let us park the vehicle. Overall a terrible experience and I would not use uhaul again.
CHAD BI was told to take my u haul to this location and was told to take it to another location when I arrived there but the new address wasn't a drop off location option . We drove back and forth multiple times and it was very frustrating because in the end we ended up putting more miles and being charged more for it.
JUAN AClean the trucks of trash and regular cleaning. The trucks need to be fixed as I had a really hard time shutting the door. I will not rent from this location ever again.

Paulette SDropped the vehicle off same day, and they didn't close out the rental until two days later and charged me double on the vehicle. The mileage was clearly double of what I dropped off and the gas was lower as well. They clearly used the truck after I returned it and charged me the fees. Wish I would have taken pictures of the odometer and gas gauge at drop off.

Rick WI rented a truck for 24 hours and put 34 miles on it. First 116.53 was taken out of my account. Then I had a debit amount of1829.09 was taken out of my checking account the same day. When I went back the guy told me it was their fault and he would fix it. Well then I was refunded 1671.95 so I was charged another 157.14 for a total of 273.67, Almost 200.00 to much! I am a disabled widow on a fixed income and could not afford to have uhaul or this location just take my money, nor did I have time to deal with getting a refund of my money. So uhaul needs to have people that are honest at their rental locations bc moving is stressful enough and I can't even feed my family now bc uhaul has my money and it's the weekend now so I can't get money until Monday. This was at Main Street market in auburn wa.

David QWhen I picked it up it was almost completely out of gas. They didn't come out and look at the truck before I took it but did an inspection after I brought it back (seems super sketchy). Whoever rents the truck after me will have a FULL tank of gas.. they wouldn't do any kind of reimbursement for the gas.. i definitely wouldn't rent here again.
Tara TI was told there was 1/4 tank of gas when I picked up the vehicle; there was actually less than 1/8 tank of gas and the gas cap was GONE. This tells me nobody is checking anything on the vehicles. I returned it with more than 1/4 tank and told them when I gave them the key.

Geoffrey KWhen I went into the store to pick up the keys, I was not told about filling out information as to the condition of the van. It was only when I called your customer service number to report a cracked windshield, was I told about filling out that information. The store employee needs to tell the person renting about what they need to do in order to drive the equipment off the lot. Not just hand them the keys. There we're no mechanical issues with the van. However the back was filthy with mud and a cracked windshield and there was no gas cap.
Mary PThey claimed that my truck hadn't been returned by the previous renter. I was forced into a round trip truck at twice the mileage and risk expense and double the rental cost with no discount. The truck had missing tail lights, a broken dash, and skunked like it was going to break down at any second. I tried calling for several hours prior to my reservation to confirm everything would be ready and they never answered their phone. They never called me to let me know that my truck was going to be late so that we could discuss other options.

The lady working the counter just said no. And then asked a another clerk. Open the damn drawer and look.

Rosemarie RThe store was busy and there was only one clerk to help with grocery customers and u-haul customers. Also, she had difficulty staying logged into the site. It was frustrating for both of us and it took a very long time. While the truck wasn't filthy, there was a used paper towel in the door caddy, and a metal tab from a canned beverage in the cup holder. The floor was a little funky, and the cargo area had not been swept out, but it wasn't horrific. The steering was a little shaky at times, so there might be a mechanical issue that needs attention. My biggest complaint was when I tried getting a dolly/hand truck for a large piece of antique furniture. I told the woman at the counter. She came out with a small hand truck and I said I needed the larger one, which she brought out. Then, out of nowhere came some guy who decided I did NOT need the appliance dolly and insisted I only needed the small hand truck. When I said I needed the larger one, he said, "no." I left without the hand truck. Loading that piece of furniture was extremely difficult and took us a very long time without the proper tools.

Albert NThe truck wasn't clean .. had pistachio shells in the cup holder along with appears to be swisher guts.. also they charged me $190 out the door for pick up, but claimed they don't know why uhaul charged my card $190 when it was only suppose to be $115. I called uhaul customer service and they claimed they only can see a charge of $115 instead of 190$. I received a text message alert on my phone for $190 as soon as they charged my card. If I don't get back my 190$ and be charged my actual fee of $46.71, I'm going to sue them for stealing my money. It's been two days and I still haven't received my refund or an explanation of why my card showed up as a $190 charge instead of $115 BEFORE ACTUAL RECEIPT ‼️
