We had an issue getting the pin in to keep the trailer hitch ball into the receiver hitch and the gentleman down here quickly and expertly got it to fit. Very helpful and fast service!

Jimmy T.I would like to comment on refueling before return. I had a truck with a faulty fuel dial which couldn't read the dial in a timely manner. I would like to relay my dissapointment on that since I ended up filling up for gas I would not use which is a win for uhual and a loss to the consumer. Working on this will guarantee customer satisfaction.
Raymond K.I was told that if gas was at 1/4 tank when returned, I would not be charged. I returned it with the amount of gas I pick it up with, but was still charged.

Brandon K.Good experience but .. i recieved the truck with fuel tank showing empty 11 miles until empty Was told i recieved a 40 dollar fuel credit. This is wack So i get a hold on my mastercard for 210.00 and thats the truck and fuel credit ? My actual bill was 44.00 i drove it 10 miles so i am overall ok rating this location 5 stars providing the hold comes off my card reflecting the proper amount credited to my card . The fuel thing is really upsetting me seeing as i returned it with what the agent said it needed to show on the gauge and there was no $40.00 credit it was fib to encourage me to put more fuel in the truck then the previous person had .

I HAD TO GO TO 3 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS TO GET ALL MY EQUIPMENT WHICH PUT AN ADDITIONAL 75 MILES ON THE VEHICLE AND TOOK UP 4 EXTRA HOURS OF MY TRAVEL DAY. BECAUSE OF THIS I DIDN'T ARRIVE TO MY OCATION UNTIL 2AM. AND THEN I WAS CHARGE AN EXTRA $1 FOR THE EXTRA MILE I DROVE OVER. WELL THANK YOU VERY MUCH THAT WAS BECAUSE OF YOUR INABILITY TO SCHEDULE THE PICK-UP AT A LOCATION THAT HAD ALL THE EQUIPMENT. AND MUCH TO MY DISMAY THE FINAL DESTINATION WHERE I PICKED UP THE VEHICLE TRANSPORT TRAILER HAD ALL THE EQUIPMENT I NEEDED AND HAD IT BEEN SCHEDULED APPROPRIATELY I WOULD HAVE SAVED MONEY ON GAS, EXTRA MILE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY TIME AND FRUSTRATION CAUSED BY YOU. I HAVE USED UHAUL MANY TIMES IN THE PAST. I WILL NOT USE YOU AGAIN. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSENT, CONCERN FOR MY TIME AND CONVENIENCE WAS ABSENT AND AT THE END OF THE DAY IT WAS EVIDENT THAT THE ONLY THING UHAUL FOCUSES ON IS PROFITS AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. YOU WILL NOT BE RECEIVING REFERRALS OR FUTURE BUSINESS FROM ME. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UNFORTUNATE FOR YOU.

Dorian K.Gas tank had a hole in it and had moving labor waiting. Used excessive amounts of fuel to move my elderly mother's HHGs only 3 miles. Total miles used was 40 miles which included picking up and returning truck but I had to put in over 20 gallons of gas in addition to the fuel that was in the vehicle at time of rental.

DAVID B.I had a "guaranteed" reservation. I showed up morning of the move, at the scheduled time according to my guaranteed reservation, with my dad and partner who both had to take time off work to help me move. The employee at the counter said the truck had to go in for maintenance and there weren't any other trucks for me at the location. He gave me a phone number to call....after well over an hour of getting passed around and being on hold, I was told they couldn't get me a truck that day and I'd have to reschedule. A couple days later I show up to pick up the truck for my rescheduled reservation, I explained what had happened to the person working the counter, and they didn't give me any sort of discount.

In a move from Seattle to Spokane, conducted almost entirely in the rain, the leak soaked several boxes, and a couch loaded on the left side of the main compartment. Once unloaded, there were puddles of standing water inside the main cargo compartment.
