The Uhaul vehicles need to be cleaned and disinfected. I had to clean sticky seats from someone's beverage. It was really nasty. I paid so much money to rent this truck for a day and the least Uhaul reps can do is clean the vehicles or charge a fee to customers whom trash the trucks !!!denise B.

Lady taking my order was very nice and professional .Vehicle was never cleaned from the previous renter .some garbage left inside and Side windows extremely dirty and hand prints all over both sides. i would still rent from them again considering it got the job done which matters to me mostMichael M.

Even though I reserved both types of dollies, paid in advance, checked in advance, when I arrived, I was informed that they had just given away my prepaid dollies. They didn't seem to think it was a big deal since they refunded me. But it created huge problems in completing our move as I am old and have just replaced my knee and I was counting on this equipment!judy E.

The people at Aubuchon were helpful and responded promptly to my questions. However, the air-conditioning in the truck's cab was not working. This made moving in 90-degree heat considerably more stressful and unpleasant. The cargo unit was clean, but the truck cab not so much. Definitely a mixed experience.Phillip E.

We got charged twice for the exact amount in one day. Our bill said date and time and total of rental paid in full then we seen two extra charges equaling the exact amount we already paid in fullâ€¦Benjamin B.

So only issue is that we picked up a van, drove it to the event space 4.5 miles, and drove it back (9 miles round trip) and somehow got charged for 76 miles. I assume it's an honest mistake, but it hasn't been resolved as of yet. I'm guessing the people before us didn't get charged for miles or something?Aaron B.
I ordered a 15 foot truck weeks in advance. My husband went to pick it up the day of, he received a 9 foot truck and was told that was all they had. Why wasn't I informed prior to the pickup day? I also ordered a dolly and furniture mats. Neither of which were available either. I was also billed for the 15 foot truck when I didn't receive it!!!!Leonard C.

So I had intially had a reservation for 10am with RMO auto, and when I showed up no one was there. Aubuchons was not far away so I called them last minute to make a reservation. It took me ten minutes to get there and by the time I did they had the uhaul all ready to go. I do think the truck drove a little funky and advised that they get it scanned just in case, but over all the staff were pleasant and made everything about the experience a little easier.Lauren H.

Allow the drop off site to correct the bill in the system. I paid for blankets but none were provided. The drop off site could not take off the blanket rental fee, which necessitated ANOTHER long wait on hold to the 800 number. Huge waste of my time.JENNIFER O.

I dropped this Uhaul off the same day I picked it up in Williamstown Mass. I dropped it off in Greenwich NY, and Uhaul is telling me I'm late dropping it off. I'm mad, if I get charged any extra I'm going to fight this. Just because Greenwich BY Uhaul didn't put it in their computerMary H.
