Good morning, Please find attached a invoice from your office showing charges for a Utility Dolly and blankets, neither of which I ordered, also neither of which was provided to me, and thus I have not authorized to be charged to my credit card. I reserved this trailer 2020-08-18 for 48 hours, however was advised 2020-08-27 that I would not be able to use the trailer for the required time and would have to return it in 24 hours. Further the attendant was late to the 0800 reservation and then had to load the computer, delaying my time of getting the trailer to 0820, however I've been charged for a 24 hour rental, but I'm expected to return the trailer with less then 24hours use. The trailer has damaged chains. Pics attached. Please rectify these matters urgently or I will be left with no other option but to contact my credit card issuer and request a clawback of the unauthorized charges by your company. To say I'm unimpressed would be an understatement, your actions in how this is rectified, will dictate my review of this experience. Kind regards

Not all uhaul reps give the same service The rentco rental uhaul in grandeprairie is the worst service I've had with uhaul! I would not ever recommend uhaul! The one in redddeer gaetz is good. (Mike) rene aubon has great service!

Truck wandered all over the highway because of the play in the tierods. Not the renters fault at all. He was a great guy to deal with and only got the truck the night before. No complaint about him, just the truck.

For a one day rental, I was charged 216.00 +. I did get the insurance. The gas was on or more. and I was charged $54. The hidden cost at the end of the rental was way more than I wanted to pay. $236 was charged to my credit card. My experience with UHAUL as a whole has not been a good one. Though the reps and staff have been great, I was charged full price for a truck that broke down on me on the highway. The second truck - I waited 5 hours to get it through mobile. After speaking to 6 people, finally one of the managers came on and rectified the situation. On this level, I am very disappointed and may go somewhere else for a rental.

Confusion about our order was not handled well. The staff admitted to having concerns about the maintenance of the vehicle. All parts of our order were handled very poorly at every stage of reservation. We were offered a vip voucher to compensate and the vip voucher was not applied properly so the pickup location demanded payment. We had to contact customer service yet again to sort it out. U-haul needs better communication between the company and franchises and better training on using that communication.

The truck was disgusting both the cab and back. Mud everywhere, garbage under the seat, something spilled in the back and no attempt was made to sweep it out by the previous customer.

First of all charging people for 113 km when I know for a fact I didn't even drive 20 km I wouldn't recommend uhauli period let alonethis location...manager wasn't here in the am had to wait also closes today at 8 pm well it's 645 and its closed lights off nobody here...funny thing is uhauli customer service said 8pm earlier when I phoned...this time she tried giving me excuses

Frustrating as the person I picked up from assured me that I didn't need to clean the truck on the other end because the roads had been quite dirty and the truck was very dirty when I picked it up. I went with this and was then charged over $30 for cleaning at the other end which went against what I had been told. Not happy with this experience and it will affect my decision to rent with U-Haul in the future.

Had a pickup booked for 2PM, but the office was closed, had to wait in a snowstorm outside while calling the manager to come let me in. The truck had Summer tires and we got stuck and almost crashed numerous times. The windshield wipers didn't work and one of the tires had a slow leak, so had to keep stopping to fill and to clean the windshield so I could see.

We were told this was the only location to drop off and when we got there it was closed. We called uhaul and they said to leave it there. I was nervous of this as who is to say it doesn't disappear or suddenly have damage? I took pictures and called and left a message. The uhaul place did text me later that it was Okay.

The owner was 30 minutes late for my 9 am appointment. He was not apologetic at all. I told him I had already signed into the 24/7 check in and that all I needed was the keys, yet he insisted to boot up his super slow computer to put me in the system. I got upset, he threatened to cancel my booking. As soon as I told him I was calling the U-haul head office, he handed me the keys. It's was one of the worse customer service experience I've ever had.

sign said was open went to door 4pm. saturday july 20th returned truck put 5o dollars into top up gas. no one was there called them and was told to drop off keys and paper work into return box. i said what about my final cost and paper work. he said don t worry i would receive it in mail. well i received an email from them that said i was a day late and over the mileage the true fact is i was 2 days early and was under the mileage aloted which 4600 klm. and 8 days now they are saying i owe another 600 dollars hopefully the kitchener branch is going to correct their errors without any more expense and time wasted?

We received the vehicle with a check engine light on and had a 1500km drive in a vehicle we were unsure was safe. That should have been taken care of before we received the vehicle. There were no other vehicles available.

Booked van and dolly. Had to go to second location for dolly. It had wire problems so had to go to 3rd location. Took 2.5 hours. Customer should be able to get all order at 1 place hooked up , tested and clean and ready.
