Everything went ok except one of the workers no called no showed on the day I had to pick it up. I woke up very early from delta got everything ready and drove all the way to hotckiss, once I was there for my 8:15 pick up I couldn't get ahold of anyone then finally uhaul got in touch with the owner to send a difrent employee down to let me in. I was there for almost 2 hours after I was supose to pick up the trailer before anyone showed up to unlock the gate so I could get in

Nothing. It allowed me to drop the truck off after business hours. That was perfect!

Nathan and the location were great and nice and helpful- the equipment was there and clean and he helped make sure the hitch was safe etc. The problem is the Uhaul app and scanner where even though you reserved online and gave info you then have to upload photos of your license etc once you go to pick up - the app kept closing and scanner wouldn't download- spent an extra 30 minutes trying to complete Uhaul online process. Terrible.

Would have been easier to pick up in Montrose as first planned but the owner at Hotchkiss was very friendly and helpful.

I tried to pay with cash, but it was card only. I went 40 miles round trip to put money in bank. Also, each location should be prepared for holidays. My local U-Haul had no trucks. The town 20 miles away did; they were prepared because of the holidays. Gracias

The return was quick and friendly. They checked out the lights and physical condition. Then unhooked and we were done.
