MAUREEN KThis was not the location that we reserved. It wasn't even the second or third location that Uhaul sent us to. Shame on UHAUL for not knowing the availability and condition of their trucks. My experience with UHAUL reservations was appalling. The folks at Atlantic Auto Sales, on the other hand, were very nice and the one truck available was in good condition. I wish I had the time back that I spent on hold with UHAUL trying to locate a truck.

Stacey PThe address for this location is very confusing to GPS. Instead of W Hwy 501, it should be Church St {same street} on paper. I don't know if I am the only person who could not get it on my GPS or not. Also, no one told me that you had to be at the drop off location in order to use the app.I was told to enter info "on line" not specifically on the mobil app.

TIMOTHY AThe gas engine was not efficient. A diesel would have been preferable, more powerful and more fuel efficient. There was no one there at the location at my reservation time. Glad I had an online check out of the truck.

MARK DCustomer service on the phone wasn't great. I couldn't use the first truck I reserved and had to sit on the phone for over 3 hours with several different people before being told to call back in the morning. I had to switch my pick up location to somewhere over 30 minutes away. No one could get me a new truck when my first wasn't drivable. Sitting on hold with multiple people for almost an hour when I needed a truck was terrible. As was their inability to help or provide answers in any way.

Layne CDid not have the appliance dolly that I ordered via app. which was extremely crucial for the move. Uhaul re-routed me to this pick-up location which was extremely inconvenient. No one at uhaul customer service could help me with locating an appliance dolly. Every customer service rep didn’t want to deal with it so they kept transferring me to someone else that didn’t want to deal with it. Probably my last uhaul experience. I will try another service next time.
Chris RI received my electronic receipt with a $5 charge for equipment rental which I did not authorize and sent an email questioning it but did not receive a response yet. Other than that I was happy with the service
