office was to close at 5:00 pm on saturday; we arrive at 4:50 pm and office was shut tight. we parked the truck across the street in the designated area, dropped the keys in the drop box, and left.

CONGRATS, Uhaul! 1 out 5 rentals this fall was an excellent experience. To improve: Clean the cab, especially the cig ashes. Like my last 4 rentals, there's a mechanical issue: The passenger door or window doesn't close properly and the check engine light is on.

Tommy Bit took me 2.5 hours to get my uhaul which was inconvenient since i was on a time crunch. i had my legs waiting this additional time for me to get to them. my reservation was updated many times, my first uhaul was supposed to be ready for pick up at 8a but was unable to get it. i had to call customer service 6+ times overall. all customer service agents were friendly, except one who sent me back to the call Q after putting me on hold. the first time i called, i had to travel to another location 15-20 minutes away. it took another 15-30 minutes to check in and wait for the storage clerk to hand me the keys. he then pulled out a religious pamphlet trying to talk about politics, religious bible verses and something about the 666 symbol. the truck i then finally received had a keyed lock on it, which i wasn't aware of until i drove to the place i was moving out of. i had to drive back to that same storage clerk for bolt cutters, which he didn't have. so i had to get another truck, which i actually received the text message to pre-check the truck before i left. no windshield wiper fluid. i was charged 2 $30 "safe move" fees plus i wasn't given nearly enough miles to use for my pick up, trip, and drop off so i was charged another $12-$15. it was an AWFUL experience.

Uhal owes me $50 for each of those fails.

I drove 16 miles intown and returned the truck with proper fuel levels. Box truck was dirty when I picked it up in the cab, and I should have said something because I was charged an additional $25 cleaning fee.didn’t feel like an honest exchange.

He told me to just sit and rest and he would be right back. He's very Professional, Knowledgeable and cordial to the customers. There was customers before me when I came back and he answered all of their questions. I would go back to this location again if I have to rent a truck and I will tell other people about this location as well. Thank you for having such a very loyal, honest and personable employee. LANDON HWell when the agent input the data he put the wrong amount, and could not get it to stop or get out of the transaction, he typed the correct amount and it took it. Now the problem is that first did go so I'm billed for $103.87. He was to put in $118.87, as you can see I paid both amounts. I have call my bank and they are trying to have you send me back the $103.87. So plz plz help. Thank you.
