Not to friendly charged me 2 extra days when I got my receipt. I had to to extend my rental for 6 more day as I waited for the contractor to finish up my house. I dropping off the truck on the 29th 6 days they changed me for 8 day which is the 31st todayis the 30th.

By the way Liberty Mutual has NOT been responsive or easy to contact. I have signed promissory note, police report, edits to fill info all questions on Equipment damage. We were struck from behind by a speeding vehicle, on a downhill incline, in rain, while at a complete stop -_-. The lady said it was either hit us on go in oncoming traffic on a 2 lane road. Other driver was COMPLETELY at fault. We actually got hurt -_-. -Britney Smith

The location was an old run down and poorly maintained house with a terrible front storm door that was missing the bottom panel. The huge pot holes at the entrance were filled with water. The space in the front parking lot was crowded and tight with other cars, which made it hard to park. This location needs to be renovated and upgraded. However, the owner/manager was pleasant and nice.

The first U-Haul pick up location was on 274 Senia Rd in Fairburn Georgia. When I got there to pick up the truck at a coin laundry, their was no one there to assist me at all. The place was totally vacant. When I called a U haul representative I was told someone canceled my reservation with out telling me. I was very upset but the representative found me another location near by. I originally reserved a $29.95 truck at 274 Senia but was stuck with a $39.95 truck because it was the only truck available at the second location in Union City Georgia at a towing company. The Union City location was good except for the wait time.

When I returned the truck the U Haul guy opened 1 hour 10 minutes late with an attitude. The facility was an old run down house with no heat; shut it down and fire the office guy. Pitiful!

The office was not open. We were scheduled for 10:30 didn't get it until almost 12:00 then I had to pay over$90. The guy over it didn't even come in he remotely did the transaction. Will not use them again.

The location was cluttered and looked like a junkyard, I had to wait 45 minutes to get my uhaul rental truck because the vendor was not at the location and express check-in was not available for my vehicle. I do appreciate Uhaul’s customer service as they did attempt to mitigate the issue by discounting my rental and adding additional miles.

I reserved a counter pick up but when I arrived I was told that I couldn’t pick up the vehicle unless I download an app and create a mobile account. My wife and I were late for work because we had to wait for the owner to open the gate to the drop off location in order to place the key in the designated drop box...he arrived an hour late, which threw off my whole morning. I immediately spoke with uhaul about this situation but there hasn’t been any compensation or acknowledgement of this inconvenience. We were both late for work with the explanation that we couldn’t drop off our uhaul truck on time.

I use U Haul for all my moving needs i will use Budget before i utilize this location professionalism GARBAGE!!! This location as unorganized as he was added another two hours to my move and did give me my utility dolly so i still am not finished...Terrible place.

DO NOT UTILIZE THIS LOCATION!!!!!! ESPECIALLY if you are a woman and go there alone!!!!! Kurt is pictured in the gray shirt and black shorts in the google photo of the location! I was there with my 12 y/o to do a self service drop off due to after hours and greeted with Kurt running up to the truck saying you can’t leave the truck here, I’ve gotta move things around and I don’t have space. I advised I’m not comfortable driving the truck at all because of the tow dolly behind it and this is the location given to me and I need to get home before dark with my 12 y/o daughter with me and our Uber is in the way! He tried to deter me asking how far we lived from there and he can find a closer location to drop off. I advised him that’s was not ideal because I’m not comfortable driving this huge vehicle with the tow dolly and our Uber is on the way to THIS location as I was instructed to bring it here. He then said I need to get out so he can move it and I can finish my self serve after.. Kurt drove that uhaul OUTSIDE the gates and left myself and my 12y/o daughter standing there with mosquitoes flying around getting bitten..we walked to the outside of the gates and finish photos for self service..Kurt was extremely rude and unprofessional. His ONLY concern was he wasn’t supposed to be there and he got called to move to all the trucks around and he had to do this, and he has to do that he’s working alone.. if you can’t handle or don’t like your job QUIT! I am a paying customer with paperwork showing this is where I was supposed to be just treat customers with respect, stop complaining and do your job or go home Kurt.

Vehicle was not clean inside or outside. Parking lot was congested with vehicles (customers and others) and it was difficult to navigate van off the lot. The drivability of the van was great.

The $10 damage waiver was added to my final bill after i declined it. When i brought the issue to the representatives attention i wasn’t provided with a resolution. Very poor customer service on behalf of the company. Every time I rent from uhaul I have a horrible experience.

The gas mileage was incorrect. I could not return the truck that night because the gate was lock. It was two U-Haul trucks parked in front of the lock gate. Very inconvenient. I received a threatening call to charge me for another day because I was locked out the gate. I parked the vechicle across the street because it was no where to park on the property and I had to go to work the next day. Please people have a career so state the fact that you would be locked out and be inconvenient for rental. I never received a contract but the gas mill ave on the online printout was incorrect it had like a 1/8 a tank but the online said it was 3/4 a tank. Will never go back. My niece said the guy yelled at her when she walk the keys across the street to her.

I booked online and opted to use the mobile checkout process. This location doesn’t support that. That meant I was delayed by 30 mins. This is not the fault of the location they provided excellent service. This is the fault of U-Haul for not ensuring that the service they are offering is applicable to the location selected.

Customer service from DeAnte' was great. He was courteous and expedient during the rental transaction. The only negative I have about this particular location is the arrangement of vehicles on the lot does not allow an easy pickup and return but that's minor compared to the great customer service I received. Mahalo.

I was charged twice for the rental. I did the on-line rental that did not verify and they had to process the rental at the facility. My card was charged twice. The rental center was also closed on Sundays however when I called the very nice guy came and opened up for my rental.

The guy at the drop off area was kind of rude unprofessional the place was very nasty and ghetto he was working on cars at a makeshift repair shop at a residential house supposed to been having me checking my truck for any damages which it wasn't instead of him servicing me he stop what he's doing for me and went to another customer which I felt was very rude and unprofessional that place has so many run down cars broke down cars that it was ridiculous I felt like I was in the hood I never went to nothing like that before my life to return a U-Haul truck nasty nasty nasty poor poor poor area their house
