Horrible experience. Staff unaware of the rental process - didn't know they had the trucks, how to rent the trucks, where the keys where. Reservation was for truck and dolly and moving pads. Only had truck, had to go to other location to get dolly and moving pads Won't be renting from a "neighborhood" uhaul location again in the future.Jonathan G.

The online app was hard to navigate. Our pickup time changed and we couldnt add the truck. The lock on the pickup box was nearly impossible to open. They forgot the appliance dolly.Christopher D.

It doesn't matter what you say about the pick up location Screw Haul will find the least convenient location possible and force you to pick up there. If you ask for other options they will make no effort what so ever to accommodate you.Daniel W.
I rented a car trailer for 6 hours. I picked it up in Duluth, GA at 12pm and dropped it off in Hull, GA at 4pm. I paid in advance for 6 hours on June 16, 2018. I drecieved a receipt 2 days later on June 18 for an additional $133. There was no damage to the trailer and it was returned to uhaul well within the allotted time frame. For some reason I was charged for 2 extra days. I would like to speak with a representative to receive a refund immediately.Brian S.

U-Haul truck was not checked by location when previous occupation returned it because if they would have checked it they would've know there was no furniture dolly on the truck before they charged me for it. Also there was no gas top on the gas tank so every time I started the truck I smelled gas and the people at pick up location stated they where not aware of these issues and customer service was horrible!! Very unsatisfied, would not recommend pick up from this location to anyone!!!Princess G.

The man behind the counter had difficulty finding our reservation then came back and just handed me keys and told me the truck number. I asked him for the paperwork and he said I did not need any and everything was fine to just go ahead. (By this time a line was behind us in the store). When I reviewed the truck it was not really dirty but not as clean as I am used to finding the trucks. I also did not realize until we returned the truck that we had not gotten the dolly we reserved (and apparently paid for). We did not need it but we should not have been charged. A review of the paperwork would have reminded us but I did not see any dollies or equipment at this site.Felicia H.
They need to learn to speak freaking English!!!!! They're trying to run an American business on American soil at least learn the native language. Made me wait while he was on the phone with a non customer. He told me to park in one spot then tried to get me to back it into a tighter space for him I said sorry bub where she sits is were she stays then he rambled off in his foreign crap talking then said ok buddy I get it then I left as he kept goin with his click, click, cluck language crap that nobody except the other people with dots on their heads can understand. Uhaul should require speach classes for all employees that interact with customers so they don't have these vocally challenged foreigners butchering the English language.cody S.
I showed up to pick up my 26' truck and they didn't have it. They only had a 20' truck. The lady working at the gas station didn't even know how to rent out the truck. I had to wait 45 minutes for the owner of the gas station to show up so that he could rent out the wrong size truck to me. Not a good experience!!!Matt H.
