Un camion plein de gaz au départ serait favorable. Le site internet est difficile a utiliser pour réserver et le service a la clientèle est difficile a joindre a cas d'erreur avec notre réservation.

Business hours are short, the owner tends to ignore the customerr in front of him to respond the telephone calls. The trailer brakes did not work or needed adjustment.

La qualité et la fiabilité des remorques uhaul est vraiment appréciée, j'en ai loué ailleurs et chez vous cette année et c'est vraiment bien que vos remorques ne nous lâchent pas en chemin: lumières qui n'allument plus, roulement de roue qui explose en route, ceci arrive avec d'autres remorques, mais pas avec celles de chez uhaul!

service en ligne; pour avoir le site en français c'est compliquer, quand tu essai de l'avoir c'a nous rapporte toujours a la page d'accueil, peut importe où tu était rendu et tu dois recommencer. mais si non, un coup que t'a réussi en entrer toutes tes informations, le service de récuperation du véhicule est, de beaucoup, plus rapide.

Le probleme quon a eu avec uhaul ne sapplique pas a l'établissement de prise de possession du vehicule. Le probleme est avec le service a la clientele de uhaul.

Par Contre, aucun registre de notre réservation. On nous a indiqué un endroit de retour qui était fautif. Donc, encore beaucoup d'attente. De plus, lors de la résevation, on a dû parler avec au moins 6 représentants de uhaul. La communication à l'interne est négligeable. Nous sommes très insatisfaits de notre expérience.

the opening and closing hours are too short forcing you to rent for 2 days rather than one. i could not get the truck before 0900 and had to return it by 1700. not practical

Only part that was not helpull:i requested protective sheets (1 dozen) but they didn't have any. They didn't have straps to move a fridge when I was there. Those items are necessary when we rent!

The location was fine, but we did not have a good experience with U-Haul. I made a reservation weeks in advance, only to be told the day before that the size I needed was not in stock anywhere in the city. We had to drive an hour outside of town to pick up the only available 5x8'. After calling dispatch and the location to ensure that the trailer would be there at the time specified, we arrived and the trailer was not there. It was not even there an hour after we arrived. Dispatch informed me that the only trailer available (6x12') was in another town, half an hour away at a location that was closing in half an hour. The smaller trailer arrived just before the St-Julienne location closed. If the customer had not returned it, I would have been stuck with no way to empty my apartment in the last day of my lease. I will never use U-Haul again. If you cannot guarantee that a vehicle will be available, do not book reservations.

Truck was filthy, we were sent 90km out of town to get a truck despite a reservation a month ahead. Location did not have the equipment that we requested. Customer service terrible.

The pick up location was 75 km away from my place.although I booked a week in advance and uhaul confirmed the pick up location was a few min away from my place, I got surprised on the morning of the move by a call from uhaul instructing me to go pick up the truck from a 75km away location which was completely out of my way. Bad service!

I have a problem with when I go and rent something to get my car somewhere and I have to pay even though I did get my car their because their internet was not working so it took over an hour and 20 min to get it all out in the computer because the internet kept breaking down no toally their fault was suppose to have a pick up truck with 115 km then mkntreal uhaul calls and say their none so they give a 14 foot uhaul moving truck but yet don't add the 115 km to it I don't the 15 dollars off like I was suppose to and it still cost me my gas to get their witch was 30 bucks and then the 15 for gas for the truck plus got charged 91 bucks and I did even get my car where it needed to be because by the time I got to where my car was loaded on the dolly noticed the time called the storage unit where I was going and said I would be half an hour late they said we close at 4:30 not five so in the end it costed me 136 dollars to do nothing wasted my day totally for nothing and I have to do it all over again on sat plus dish out more money quit not alright for me so customer service will be getting a call from me and be hearing how I feel about all this costed me money for nothing because of everyone's screw up in the end and I had to pay for all these screw up I don't think so ...... Wait till the morning they will be hearing how pissed of I am about all of this

This business had closed the day prior to pick-up. I had to wait 15 minutes after the stated open time to the point I almost left. Over a week later I received an email from late_equipment@uhaul.com saying contract not completed. I called the number provided and explained to them that I dropped the vehicle back to Alis Northside Cafe&News (Pick-up Location) but per the owners instruction left the keys in a drop box. He was not going to be at the location until much later. Perhaps a victum of bad timing but not an experience I would like to have again.
