Jason BI have used various Uhauls over the years. Little big trucks and trailers just about everything in between. This was one of the best experiences both pick up and drop off. The equipment was clean and solid, people were friendly and helpful and cost was very reasonable. Good job everyone! Ray
stan cOur location was moved from in Missoula to East Missoula. We live in Florence. This added another 30 miles round trip. Also the trailer had 3 inches of snow on it. The person in East Msla said we could drop it off to the Strand uhaul, but when we tried, they said no. It is what it is, right?
Susan BThe mobile process for pick up and drop off is not that great. Clunky and non responsive at times. Only works on safari (not chrome). Sorta a pain and would prefer a human.

Ivy MIt was unclear that there would be a human to assist with the drop off. I knew I would need some help and was very pleased to see someone there after I pulled in. It would have relieved a lot of stress to know this in advance.
susan rThere were lots of hiccups with the 24/7 reservation process. I would do it again if I absolutely had to, but if you’re looking for convenience just go to an actual uhaul store.
Erin OMy experience was great except for an older woman who kept harassing me. She kept telling me I could not take the uhaul without the owners permission even though I told her repeatedly that I had chosen the online check in option. I ended up telling her the owner could contact me with any problems before leaving with the truck. I recommend to the owner that you let her know that customers can check in online for the future.

Rylan CThe keys got locked in uhaul ...so uhaul charged my card afterward for damage. and locking the keys in uhaul....so for keeping the uhaul safe and locking it up cause I didn't know what went on at night where this place was at.... I got penalized.....
