The attendant at the U-Haul/BP Station did not know UHaul's software program, he struggled with it had to call another location to figure it out. It took close to an hour to pick up the rental. While waiting at the counter while the attendant struggled with the U Haul software, the attendant stopped working on getting me check out and took care of other gas station patrons. Towards the end of his phone call with another U Haul location to help get me check out, 3 or 4 patrons were waiting to pay for gas or in store purchases. They were getting upset he was on the phone and not checking them out. I had told the patrons that were waiting he was almost done and one of the patrons threaten me, call me several vulgar names. I will never pick up at that location EVER again.

Person checking me out was running the BP gas station and convenience store by himself pick up took a long time I would do on line check in next time for this location Location was changed at the last minute and I'm not sure how that happened
Have them drop off truck a few bocks east of this location the UHaul Center.
