I am rating U-haul with a poor rating because I ordered a truck 3 weeks in advance through your website, called the location a week in advance to make sure they had my order and verified the date. When I go to get truck, it’s not there. I then get sent 12 miles away to pick up another truck. Both locations were great but your system, website and customer service was horrible. I shouldn’t have had to pay anything to U-haul.

Truckk has dragging brake shoe when in reverse. Transmission linkage is sloppy and indicates one gear off . Android app does not allow access to phone's cameras. Must leave app to take photos to complete rental agreement.

This is the best U Haul location! The manager, Agi, is amazing. The customer prior to me was experiencing a delay returning the truck and Agi worked with both of us to reach a compromise return time for him and pick up time for me. Moves are so stressful anyway and I greatly appreciate her efforts to make us both happy!

The manager at Simply Storage, Ashland, VA, was exceptional assisting in the rental.

The location was easy to find and the manager was very helpful. However, the online check-in process did not work well. I was delayed over an hour while we attempted to get the combination to the lock on the cargo door. This limited my window and impacted my ability to do what I needed to do. The check-in and check-out process I would rate a failing grade.
