Communication needs to be top priority for customers and it was not. I had several problems and was unable to communicate with the people at uhal this is unacceptable

I've been to many businesses that also do a small U-Haul rental, side-business. They are usually no good. This place was great! Friendly, professional, the tuck was clean and, everything in the truck worked. I will keep this location in mind for the future and if they have the size you need, I recommend them. A+ experience!

The tied down strap was unsecured on one side and inoperable on the other. I could not properly lockdown my vehicle. Had to take it to U-Haul on College Point and the manager Kasheem took over an hour of his time to fix the problem

The car was filthy in the front and back. The driver and passenger seats had dog feathers all over. There was garbage in the back of van

The 2 gentlemen at this location went above and beyond making this van rental a great experience. They were available when we had questions. I would use them again and would recommend to friends.
