The clerk's were so helpful. Their prices are great and they make it so easy to read the contract. They are helpful with all the sizes and travel time.

Very courteous and capable. They had problems with their UHaul computer and this delayed my check-in about 15 minutes. Otherwise, everything went fine.

My first reservation which was placed on line with Dupont Pharmacy was abruptly cancelled by a pharmacist that day. It through a monkey wrench in my moving plans. This vendor in Dupont must NOT be allowed to provide U Haul services in my city of Dupont. He does not know U Haul online business practices. He is unprofessional and needs to be reported to the BBB. I expect a call from U Haul management as promised. John DeVita

Facility was in a gas/convenience store. That's no problem except they had only one guy running the place. He had to run back and forth while renting the van and ringing up customer sales, and it didn't seem like he was well trained on rentals. FWIW he blamed it on the slow computer. It took a half hour to pick up the rental and we were the only ones renting. On return there was also one woman operating the entire facility. She was unable to process the return so I had to leave a bunch of info and she said they'd call me the next morning. I wasn't very happy because I wanted the van checked out just in case something happened to it overnight. I didn't want responsibility for that. She said she'd walk around and look at it later. Not confidence inspiring in the least. The next day I received no call from them, but late in the afternoon I received the final receipt via email. So it all worked out but the experience was not exactly confidence inspiring. The van was a Chevy Cargo Van with 10k miles on it. The steering felt like it was connected to the front wheels by a rubber band and it wandered all over the road. Not sure if the bad steering was specific to this van, or to this model van, or to vans in general but it was pretty crappy. I'd never buy one of these for sure but it did get the job done in relative comfort and for that I am grateful. I never received so it took quite a while to process the paperwork

The customer service agent was very nice. However, the time it took for to rent the vehicle was entirely too long! It was no fault of the agent. The computer system needs an update. I literally spent more time waiting for the rental than I did using the vehicle. In order to improve my experience and the experience of many others, I suggest replacing the computers or giving the system an update. I would give 5 stars then.

I did not lift the door to check out the cargo area before departing. I should have though. It was dirty; had a lot of leaves and debris. Also, when I booked I thought I was being charged 19.95 plus mileage. I was dropping off at a different location. I spoke to a customer service rep on the phone to choose a drop off location, but she did not tell me it would increase my rate, other wise I would have just brought the truck back to the same location.

I tried the night before to reserve online the U-haul van . I found that you needed to create a password and account to complete the online reservation—I did not want to do that. Why can’t we simply reserve without having to do that? Also, I was charged a $14 fee for some type of insurance?! I did not ask for that! Clerk who assisted me with the rental at the gas station/convenience store was very friendly and cordial.

We had a very good experience here. Adrienne was very nice and extremely helpful. Last time we went to the one on Lacey Blvd. The difference between the two is almost overwhelming. We paid a lot less this time for a move almost 3 times the distance. Also, Adrienne was so good. She made sure that I could get the truck out easily, and put it back for me. I simply can't say enough about how a stressful move was made a little easier. Thanks so much.

clean up the store and the vehicle. The clerk needs to pay more attention to the customers needs. I felt like i was an inconvenience to the clerk and she just wanted to rush me through the process. The truck inside the cab was very dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned in a very long time.

Excellent customer service was friendly, courteous and expedited my rental. The van proved to be gas-efficient and drove well. I was able to return before time due. I enjoyed using the van and will recommend UHAUL for our move coming later this year. The only problem I had was with online arrangements and that was easily cleared up by Uhaul online customer service. Thank you, UHAUL! Enjoy!

The manager worked tirelessly with me to get a truck that would meet my hauling needs. We had to try three different ones until we got one with the gross vehicle weight and suitable hitch. Regardless, the manager was considerate and accommodating throughout. I'll definitely be going back to this location whenever the opportunity arises.

I was advised they do not accept 26ft trucks, yet we had been scheduled for return their. While everyone was helpful, it was a little chaotic. The mgr took care of everything, so all worked out.

Andrea was awesome!!! She was very helpful and knowledgable. She is an asset to your company. When I returned the vehicle, I had to knock on the door and the guy (Carlos?) barely stuck his head out long enough to tell me to turn the key in to the gas station attendant/cashier. And then he called 4 hours later to ask me if I returned it. However, because of my experience with Andrea, I will definitely use this location in the future.

UHaul Corp should not advertise a daily rate , when a day is only 6 hours. Long been a peeve of mine. This rental location was awesome!

the gentallman who was helping me seemed to be intoxicated (could smell alcohol on his breath) and very unhelpful after the experience we had just gone through with having our truck and belongings stolen. If it weren't for the help of Dan Flatten it would could have been worse. Thank you Dan.

Communication between employees about reserved equipment must be clear. Things were corrected to improve customer service and was very appreciated thank you.

The location (a Shell station)was great. The service by U-Haul the company was utterly deplorable. I made the reservation for the van 2 WEEKS in advance to have it available for pick-up at a much closer location. Not only could U-Haul not manage to provide that on the day of the rental, but only notified me of the change of pick-up location less than an hour before the scheduled pick-up time.
