Didn't understand I needed to be at the location to check in or check vehicle out.

The clerk told me nothing went through on my card but in fact did hit my account 2 x resulting in a fraud alert and locked up my card as I am trying to move my son home. He marked the fuel tank at 5/8 in fact it was at 1/2 tank.

Richard CConstruction in area. Turn north to leave easily. Trailer door needed some grease as was difficult to operate. Check before leaving and ask it be greased if difficult.

SHAWN TThe receipt was emailed to me the following day. They tried to charge me for gas. I drove a total of 31 miles, put 4 gallons of gas in, which was slightly above the mark that the truck was giving out at. I drove back to the uhaul center when I saw the additional 50 dollar charge. We went and looked at the truck together and I was correct. They refunded me the money. It’s not about the money, maybe it was an honest mistake, or maybe they are trying to see if the customer even notices. Regardless, I will not recommend.

David KI think it would be a positive thing for the person renting the vehicle if a u-haul representative would give the customer a brief overview of the particulars pertaining to the vechicle. For example how to turn on the lights or how the windshield wipers work. That kind of stuff.

Shawn CRandy was the nicest gentleman I could have ran into when we needed a trailer on short notice. Randy was able to quickly verify he had equipment on hand, reserve it, and even stayed past closing to ensure we could take receipt of the trailer. Randy made sure we were secured in attachment with the trailer, guided us around the campus and out the front. Randy was also very flexible in allowing us to extend our rental on short notice and also let us determine our own return time to fit our needs. This location is very well kept, welcoming, clean, and easy to interact with. I can’t recommend this location enough and will be my go-to first time every time I need storage or uhaul in the future. Randy deserves as much allocation as uhaul can give him because he will move the inventory with ease and is in an incredibly centralized and easy to access area on north side OKC. Thanks again!

Glenn ETo make my point. The location was fine, but UHAUL in general is not a good company. I asked for a 26 foot truck and got a 20 foot truck and a 4x8 foot trailer and paid more with more miles, when I was told 100 miles would be credited to me. The truck and trailer were less square footage than I required and now I am forced to make another trip from Denver to Oklahoma, all the while there were two 26 foot trucks in the yard at the time of me picking up the truck and trailer. The Wednesday before I picked up I was called and text the location in Berthoud CO to pickup and found out when I was to pick up my truck that I had to drive more miles to pick up my truck in Boulder CO. I will not recommend UHAUL to any of my friends, I believe it's a joke that you cost me an extra trip and at the same time charging me more money.

Josh SI have rented with Uhaul many times and have never had an experience like this before. I signed up for self-service. When I got there, the truck was badly damaged. The front bumper was partially hanging off and there was a huge gash along the side of the truck in addition to many scratches. It was clear from stickers on the truck that claims had already been made in some areas. We were on a deadline and the business was not yet open so we used it anyway. Upon driving the Uhaul, it was very clear that the breaks were not working correctly. They were absolutely a safety hazard. This truck should not have been rented out until it was thoroughly repaired. Someone could have been seriously hurt or killed. I do want to note that when I returned the truck, I was helped by an associate. He was very friendly and made sure to make note of the issues with the truck so hopefully it would not be rented out again until it was fixed.

EDWARD LStore hours said til 530 on Saturdays but they weren’t opened when I arrived just before 5. Checked in the truck thru the app. No personnel was around.

John KThe trailer I received was well used and needed some TLC. From minor issues like the outside being dirty to the inside being tagged, yes like a graffiti, to dangerous issues like a brake light that was not even wired up to a hitch that was very difficult to tighten, this trailer should not be in service.
