The lock on the cab seems to have been rusting making it difficult to lock cab, so if it could get swapped out regularly. Also, my payment did process correctly, however everything else was fine.

This was a one man shop. I had to wait for the owner to return to pick up my equipment. To be fair, i was early, but didnt know I would have to wait.

I set up a pick up and drop off location a week prior to my move. I had a confirmation and everything was set I recieved a text message the night before my move at 7:45pm stating that my pick up location had been changed to a place in a different city and my drop off closer to my new home was no longer available. Although this isnt a huge issue-I had meticulously calculated the mileage i would be travelling to insure I didnt go over budget. By switching all of my locations last minute it put me over the miles i would have liked to go. Although, everything did work out in the end because I was able to still be under my 30 miles limit (barely) but if I wasnt I would have had a major issue. It caused alot of stress for me the night before I was set to move.

The guy working there was great but the truck rose horrible. DONT EVER USE ROYAL MOVING & CLEANING!!!!! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER! THE OWNER WILL TRY TO BLAME YOU FOR DESTROYING YOUR FURNITURE, SHOWING UP LATE WANTING TO OVERCHARGE YOU

Make sure there is a full tank of gas or give a voucher so that the customer doesn't have to put additional money that could be used toward their move into the gas tank.

Attendant did not seem to want to exit his position behind his glass partition inside the BPGas station. He stated the “guys” who normally handle U-Haul business took off early today. (It was 4:09PM.) That attendant FINALLY exited to point out where he wanted the trailer parked but did not inspect it to assure I was returning it with out damage. He offered no receipt so I demanded he sign & date my reservation document saying “received”. He complied. I afterward downloaded the U-Haul app for my phone and realize I could have handled it myself. Regardless I was amazed by the lack of security at this location. I will continue to use U-Haul for my future needs. I’ll just use the app for returns and choose a different return location.
