The inside staff at Arrow Feed in Granbury was rude. Dan acted as if I was a burden being there. The staff that hooked up the trailer was friendly.

One reservation turned into many which is why I’m probably getting MULTIPLE surveys ?????????? I’ve dealt with some incompetent people before but geezus! This was many that I had to deal with because of the incompetency - only one reservation .

I had to confirm reservation more than 3 times . Went for pick up and it was still wrong !!! Left with uhaul and dolly and then received a call stating I hadn’t picked up dolly . I called back to indicate I did have dolly with uhaul truck . Then I Received another call regarding dolly Pick up! ????? . I also confirmed my drop time and day with Chewy at pick up. He confirmed Tuesday by midnight . I dropped off dolly and truck and confirmed location and drop off day and time, again. Then I received an email with an additional charge of $43 . They said I dropped it off late . I had just confirmed before drop off that I was good and I confirmed after receiving that additional charge and I was told I shouldn’t be charge only only for the manager at drop off to tell me that your reps and myself are all wrong . I can’t comprehend why a simple reservation turned into so many problems. My gosh! I will use an Alternative going forwarding alternative going forward. Highly disappointed.

The location we picked up from was good but didn’t have the best communication. When my husband dropped off the uhaul nothing was said about what his new total would be that he was charged for the miles or gas. They did let us know ahead of time it would be extra but upon returning we weren’t given those totals... just charged an additional $20.

Again the initial return location I was given for Sunday was closed even though your website showed it as open. A Touch of Whimsy& New 2 U is NOT open on Sunday. OVERALL THIS WAS A FRUSTRATING RENTAL IN MANY WAYS. YOUR WEBSITE NEEFS TO BE UP TO DATE!

My truck broke down while getting the trailer hitched and the gentleman there we so friendly and helpful. A total of 7 guys came out to help me throughout my morning there. Once the truck issue was fixed I returned and got my trailer. They were wonderful and so helpful.

All the employees were very nice, but the guy that hooked me up did not check to see if everything was working. My husband double checked the equipment for me when I got home. The left brake light and turn signal were not working on the utility trailer. They did work on my truck. Otherwise, the trailer performed well. I will go to this location again to rent. Next time though, I will tell them to check everything before I leave.

Trailer had leaves and beer cans in it when picked up. Then I removed cans before loading a dryer and motorcycle. Then when returned in Greeley, Colorado was charged for cleaning out the trailer.

Was double charged for a 1 day rental. Said “ 1 day rental” was only until they closed 3 hours after I picked it up. Had to call corporate to refund half of charges l.

All people make mistakes. If you are going to charge a customer for half of a tank of gas you should be fair and reimburse if it is a full tank when the vehicle is returned. In my book that is theft. Will not use uhaul ever again.

The only problem we had was that we were given the incorrect code to get your gates open. We arrived at 6:00 a.m. and could not get in and had to wait for an employee to get there to unlock the gates.

Customer service was terrible, RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ARROW FEED IN GRANBURY TX FOR EITHER UHAUL OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT THAT THEY PROVIDE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

When we came to pick up the U-Haul the young man helping us was not friendly and seemed put out we were getting a Uhaul. Then I called and said we would not be back until 8. They said I could drop it off. Got there and it was closed up. Called U-Haul and the location. When on the phone with uhaul I was passed around for an hour. Finally talked to Judy in customer service, she did help us as much as she could. Ended up having to rent a hotel because no one was accommodating until Judy. Though there wasn’t anything she could do. Then dropped the truck off today to find out they didn’t read the mileage right. Drove the truck 89 miles and was charged for 189. Our fault for not catching the mistake on their end in the beginning. I hope to NEVER use U-Haul Again. I will always try and find an alternative method.

This was the cleanest most convenient U-Haul place we found. It is a little bit difficult to pull out onto 377 when it’s busy but honestly I’d take that over some of the places we went to; this place was very professional

Great location for picking up the U -Haul. Friendly folks, FAST check in and check out..................GRRRRRREAT customer service. Driving this particular truck (and we know large trucks handle kinda STIFF)..............I felt like it might be time for a front end alignment---- however, it was a windy day, so that could have been a contributing factor!!!

The spokes and Arrow Feed and ranch supply are very good I write them number one. But I have been working with people in the store for many years with animal needs product supplies. So my experience with them has always been wonderful especially on the Uhaul part because Uhaul was such a pain in the ass and I'm not even lying but Arrow Feed did their job to help make the experience better

The front end linkage was so loose that I almost feared for my life on 2 occasions while driving just 80 miles. The amount of "give" on the steering wheel was frightening to say the least. I told the owner/renter that it was not a fun ride

Even though this location claimed to be 24/7 drop off, their gates to the parking lot were closed and we had to leave the truck parked just off the main highway. Then had to go searching far and wide for the key drop box
