They didn't have the dolly I ordered so I had to go to a second location to find an appliance dolly.

Disappointed that I asked for a dolly and one was not provided.
We called to extend the rental it was just my and I moving all of our belongings and the were so nice to accommodate us. When we dropped off the truck everyone was so nice and very professional. Great customer service! UHaul was the right choice for us!
They were friendly, prompt. Equipment was clean and they processed fast.
Had to wait 30 minutes to drop off , the forklift guy was occupied with his cell phone. Had to go in twice to get help. Delayed my trip about 45 minutes unnecessarily. Won't go back. Not helpful.

U Haul reservation system failed to note that this site wasn't open at the requested reservation time (9:30). Only after I had arrived and tried use the online truck pick-up system did it inform me that I had to wait 2 hours for Arrow Feed to open! Then upon return I get charged a full day for being 1 hour late. I should charge U-Haul for the time wasted due to U-Hauls mistake. Never going to use U Haul again. Not going to recommend U-Haul to anyone. Completely one sided and unfair to customers.
Unsure. Reserved truck for 9:30 am thru Uhaul. Business closed and couldn't get truck until 11:00. No dolly and no blankets as reserved. Big hassle and inconvenience. Uhaul said it was Uhaul's fault.
I would just suggest that instructions be given to anyone dropping off after business hours that the lot is LOCKED and you have to park the truck in a turn in just on the side of the highway and the key box is way over on another lot. It took me 45 to feel like I could just leave the truck parked near the highway.
very busy...talking on two different phones...checking in the truck was about 3rd on the list.

Desk help was good. But there was a misunderstanding in that I wanted the trailer for 24 hour. Instead I got charged double.

The inside staff at Arrow Feed in Granbury was rude. Dan acted as if I was a burden being there. The staff that hooked up the trailer was friendly.
These folks don't need to improve. they took care of my needs quickly and professionally. I like doing business with them.

One reservation turned into many which is why I'm probably getting MULTIPLE surveys ?????????? I've dealt with some incompetent people before but geezus! This was many that I had to deal with because of the incompetency - only one reservation .
I had to confirm reservation more than 3 times . Went for pick up and it was still wrong !!! Left with uhaul and dolly and then received a call stating I hadn't picked up dolly . I called back to indicate I did have dolly with uhaul truck . Then I Received another call regarding dolly Pick up! ????? . I also confirmed my drop time and day with Chewy at pick up. He confirmed Tuesday by midnight . I dropped off dolly and truck and confirmed location and drop off day and time, again. Then I received an email with an additional charge of $43 . They said I dropped it off late . I had just confirmed before drop off that I was good and I confirmed after receiving that additional charge and I was told I shouldn't be charge only only for the manager at drop off to tell me that your reps and myself are all wrong . I can't comprehend why a simple reservation turned into so many problems. My gosh! I will use an Alternative going forwarding alternative going forward. Highly disappointed.
Bad left rear tail light was not repaired before I left he said not to worry. I call that pore service
