We had selected a place for pickup, but when the confirmation was sent to me it had a different location. We specifically wanted the original location we selected due to the proximity of where we were stopping, so it was a little inconvenient to find out our pick up location had changed.

I was charged for an extra day. Got charged for extra milage when I was told to pick up and return at locations other than what I wanted. Got charged a cleaning fee when there was nothing to clean.

THE INCOMPETENT LADY THAT WAS WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER HAD NO CLUE AS TO WHAT THE EQUIPMENT WAS ON THE LOT. AFTER MAKING THE RESERVATION ONLINE SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THE CAR CARRIER I WAS RENTING WOULD NOT WORK? I WENT AROUND THE CORNER TO THE U-HAUL FACILITY AND SPOKE WITH SOMEONE THAT NEW WHAT THE HELL HE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND SAID THAT CARRIER WOULD WORK. I WENT BACK AND COULD NOT HAVE HAD WORST SERVICE OR EXPERIENCE RENTING THE CARRIER. I WILL SERIOUSLY CONSIDER IF I WILL USE U-HAUL AGAIN WITH IGNORANT RUDE USELESS PEOPLE BEING ALLOWED TO RENT EQUIPMENT. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE BARRED FROM USING YOUR NAME!

As I mentioned, the truck needs to have its transmission checked. I hit the brakes and the rpms revved until I punched the gas. I forgot to mention that when i turned the truck in. The gentleman who received the truck and check in said there was no refund. I had been told there would be if we turned the truck in early

not very friendly. The clerk that rented me the truck was on Facetime with a family member the entire time. she never ended the call to help me. She gave me the keys and was done. We never walked out to look at the truck or over the damages even when I asked, she stated they know whats wrong with it. I have rented with U-haul many times in the past and this was the worst experience I've had.

The inside of the truck was dirty, including the cab. The steering is very loose so it made it difficult to keep it in the lane on the interstate. The flashers worked only for a minute. Worst uhaul I have ever rented and I’ve rented many times. I also hold a CDL and have experience so knowing how the truck should handle and how this one handles is night and day. Definitely needs maintenance.

Your customer service is horrible. We scheduled a truck at one location but had to drive 16 miles out of our way at our own expense to get a truck. Furthermore we were inexplicably over charged. Your process does not communicate important details and your service only frustrates people more. I have told everyone I know that U-Haul is the worst company to deal with.

Truck should be checked after it is returned, before rented to the next customer. Truck was full of trash and boxes when I arrived at my destination to load and obviously was not inspected after the last rental. I had to clean truck out before being able to use it. Also, truck was supposed to have 1/2 tank has but was in empty. Chevron did pay for 1/2 tank before I left but this was inconvenient and should have been checked beforehand!

They lost my reservation and when he finally found it, his computer wouldn’t work. So I had to start all over with my info. It took a very long time. When I inspected the trailer, 2 of the four signals in the back didn’t work. I told the man I rented it from and he just shrugged. This is why I always rent Penske trucks.

I will write a letter to corporate when I’m not so tired. This drop off location is a scam so you have to over purchase gas (ummm....it’s a gas station- conflict of interest). My husband was so upset he stated we will use a full service moving company before we rent from u-haul again. Very bad experience and very poor customer service at drop off. Again- SCAM ALERT

I was first in line and the manager was waiting on me and when other customers came in started waiting on them and told me that U-Haul customers came last. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Let customers know in advance if they have all the equipment at this facility instead of wasting people's time and having to go to multiple locations for equipment that we ordered in advance

I got there to pick up my truck Saturday morning and no one was there. I understand inclement weather, but I was there to get a moving truck and specifically asked about that the day before. I didn't walk out with my truck until after 9am and they told me I had to have it back by 8:30am Sunday. I was there on time and again and again they were not there with the location open. I know I could've turned in the key and done online check in, but they are also a gas station so I was going to pump the gas I needed but couldn't and had to drive off somewhere else in order to get the gas causing my mileage to increase. I just think it was awful. Not fair. They didn't even know how to answer some questions.

These people shouldn't be allowed to rent Uhauls. They aren't stocked with furniture pads or dollies to make your move safe and easy. Even though I had paid ahead to have those items I left without them and the staff seemed like he was on drugs. So he could care less. I was not happy with this transaction and feel I should be reimbursed for my inconvenience of having to find a dollie and pads elsewhere for my move.

Truck was broken and fixed with tape. It didn't rain so no leaks. It was quick and easy
