We met complete understanding for delaying departure due to storms, and we were helped in a very nice way with lock for the trailer, advice on electrical connection problem, etc. Returning the trailer in Boca Raton was quick and easy.

The app didn't work, the website didn't work, and there was nobody to assist in picking up or dropping off the equipment. I wasted over an hour of my time due to this. Worst experience ever with U-Haul.

Gary BorgiaThe business was an auto mechanic garage. It was typically dirty, greasy and everything else one would expect from such a location. The proximity to my home was the reason I picked this location. There were no issues with the service.
Jason LucoreI did not get a dolly with my truck and I was charged $10.00 for a dolly. There was no dolly in the truck when I picked it up but the truck was good, clean.

JAMES ARMSTRONGThe gentleman at this location help me hook up the u-haul trailer to my car. I attached the chain and plugged in the breaks. I had to go back in the office and request dad he verify the correct functionality of the lights on the trailer. Other than that, the experience with just fine.
Dan RakTruck was found not clean and the floor was wet. This was only noticed after furniture was put into the truck leading to some property damage. Bird droppings were also inside the truck.

JULIA MARTINWe had to drop the U-Haul off on a Sunday evening as everyone was working on Monday. I had left a note on the front seat with my name, phone number and my confirmation number. I'm assuming all was well as the truck has been moved. Thank you for your service.
Sandra McGillWe set up our appointment to pick up at C&J Uhaul in Erie. When we arrived, we were rudely told that our truck was not there and "what did we want (him) to do" We were moving to Pittsburgh on that day due to a delay of a week because Uhaul did not have any trucks available (or supposed to be) until this day (June 29th). We were then directed to make a 40 minute drive to go pick up one in North East. Completely inconsiderate of the customer in the entire situation.

Matthew KentI never received a contract and no one explained anything to me. They just handed me the key and showed me where the ruck was. When I picked the truck up it had a quarter tank of gas and when we returned a half of tank in there because that was what was supposed to be in it.

john whitmanHorrible time overall, I needed the truck rental at Harborcreek, PA because of later pickup time but was sent to a North East location which closed at 4 p.m. I called and called and called your 1-800 number and was told by one of your associates that she could not help me if I was angry. I will never rent from Uhaul again and will not refer any friends there either. Over all it was stressful and that was the last thing I needed.
KATHIE PALMERMy orignal agreement was to pick up trailer in Erie,PA. Was told 1 day before pick-up I had to drive 25 miles to another location for trailer pik-up.. Very inconvenient, cost me gas money, had to leave work early from work for pick up.. I am NOT happy about this !!!
