The van was newer no complaints there, but getting all the info logged in for the rental was a pain . I think it needs to be streamlined.

Very little human interaction, but understandable due to COVID. Rental trailer was covered in snow and I had to clear top, back and fenders with shovel and shop broom to allow lights to be visible. Trailer itself functioned well and interior was clean. One fender light was not working, didn't discover this until I cleared the snow at a gas station. Overall impression was that under other circumstances the trailer could have been better prepped. But again, I was fine with the experience due to the pandemic.

I had my Uhaul scheduled over a month in advance through UHaul and confirmed with Range Rent All. The night before pick up, I called to confirm again when our UHaul truck would be available by 8am. The time was extended to 9am. My husband went to go get the Uhaul truck and there was no truck ready for us to use. The owner Jeff said he would call when it's ready. By 11am no truck was available so Jeff contacted Armory Shell for us to get a truck but only a 15foot truck was available and we needed a 26 foot. My husband picked up the 15foot truck and we made it work with several trips. Jeff apologized and said to contact UHaul for a complaint and a deal. We know it was no Range Rent All's fault however UHaul did not manage the trucks as they should have for me to get the right size truck on time. Our move would have been done quicker if UHaul did not over schedule people with trucks. It's disappointing and was stressful as I arranged plans with UHaul with plenty of notice. I also tried calling UHaul on the morning of our move to make a complaint and was on hold for 20 minutes so I had to end the call before speaking with a representative do to me needing to pack and get out of my rental house on time. My poor rating is not towards Range Rent All or Armory Shell. This is UHaul at fault for their mistake. I would no recommend anyone to contact UHaul to schedule their trucks. I will be telling friends to contact local moving companies instead.

The furniture pads were really dirty. Some of them had big holes in them. They made some of my furniture very dirty. I was disappointed in that.

A bit muddy where we picked up the van, had mud transferred into van. It had just rained. Otherwise ok. Just the spot where van parked muddy, parking lot as mostly well drained gravel.

The guy would not un-hook trailer said he was too busy. Said he could not give me a receipt Dropped off trailer at 8am Wednesday and he checked it in at noon on Friday. I was hit with a late fee. Called him and he said he forgot but he couldn't help me. Called U-Haul but the system was down. I'll just eat the late fee. My advice is to stay away from Armory Shell

I would never recommend Uhaul as they are inconsistent in their business plan and they are less than honest in their dealings. They do not stand behind the promises that they make nor do they care they feel like it I'm sorry should be adequate and frankly when it's other people's money I'm sorry is not adequate

Everything went without a hitch, the customer service from the 3 agents on the phone to find me what I wanted and the attendant at the Amory shell were pleasant to work with.

Have the truck I initially reserved at the initial place I reserved. It's a good thing I had my own furniture pads since the location didn't have any - he gave me a refund for the $10. There was a wrench icon lit up, so I assume there was some maintenance needed. The other truck in the lot hadn't been released from recent maintenance either.

I was never given an access code to the key box. I reserved the uhaul through phone and received a confirmation text. Fortunately, the employee at Armory Shell assisted me to get the keys. The access code should have been texted to me.

U-Haul was TERRIBLE. Tried for two days now to get through to customer service and can't! Armory Shell, however, was AMAZING. They went ABOVE and beyond to help me when U -Haul left me high and dry AND overcharged me!!!

It was a bitch driving 1,800 miles with no cruise control. Why is there no cruise in your trucks. Every vehicle that a customer would own would have cruise in them and they would know how to use it. At my age (69) I had to stop more often to rest my right leg. Wally

The copy of the bill is incorrect. I returned the truck on 11/05/2016 not 11/06/2016. I left the key in the drop off box as instructed. The rental should only have been 1 day for $39.95. Please credit me back $39.95 and $14.00 for the extra 'save move' insurance. You changed me twice for that too. Thank you. You can reach me at 952 687-1450 if you have any questions. The service rep in Minnesota who claimed to represent Northern Minnesota was not helpful in relieving our anxiety when discovering that the drop off location was closed on the day (Sunday), that we wanted to turn in the equipment. She could have easily done that by telling us about the drop off box at the location that is used after hours. Found that out after contacting the owner of the drop off location.

They had my truck parked in a giant mud puddle so I had to track huge amounts of dirt inside just to get in, and it was blocked in by several other trucks. I had to get them to nove these vehicles for me even though it should have been obvious I was blocked. Also the truck had a lot of unmarked damages that I had to check off.

This was not the location I specifically requested. They did not have the furniture dolly I requested and suggested I drive 30 miles roundtrip out of my way to the requested location and pick one up. He also wasn't sure he had the moving pads either and when he did have them, they were in 2 large plastic bags all jumbled together like a bunch of rags. There was no way to verify what I was given without emptying the bag and folding the blankets. The moving truck was completely blocked in by a gas station vehicle and the representative had to be asked to move it out of the way. The truck did not have a full tank of gas. The location is a gas station. Customer service does not seem to be a priority there.

They were quick and efficient at this location. However I had major problems with the UHaul main call/service center. I called to reserve at a different location, and the service center was supposed to call me back to set up a pickup time, however they never called instead cancelling the reservation without notifying me. I arrived for pickup and there wasn't equipment available, reservation center set up pick ups at 2 other locations and halfway there to each was called to be told equipment wasn't at those places either... finally found the right equipment in the opposite direction from the other locations 30 miles away. Then I was told that if I returned the equipment early I would receive a prorated bill, however I was billed for the whole amount. The contract was for 2 days and I had it dropped off within 8-9 hours. Poor customer service from the UHaul reservation call center, good service from this particular location.
