He seemed genuinely concerned about ensuring there were no issues with the truck (which there weren't) and just being very friendly and helpful. The only reason I wouldn't recommend the location to a friend is due to the condition of the building, plus it is not the closest location to our neighborhood.

EA ETruck wasn't the best truck I've rented. Driver door didn't close well without having to slam it shut. Needs alignment because it pulls to the right and the brakes should be checked (squealing noise)

Jodi SThe drop-off location was fine, but it was difficult settling the bill properly. I was told if I turned the truck in early, my cost would be prorated. It was not. I will be contacting U-Haul separately to understand why I pay for an extra 1 1/2 days when I turned the truck in early, allowing it to be rented to others. That means U-Haul potentially gets double the money for rental on the same truck. The truck mechanical operation was perfect, however, and I was able to accomplish the move easily.
