Very expensive for such a small space

Kendall U.I waited over an hour for help. I talked to several people on the phone trying to get help as it was after hours. Nobody would help. Then I was double charged the night I picked up. I returned the next day before the time and still had trouble. Told me they couldn't put my return in as the office was closed.

Virginia W.Make it very clear that you have to have the truck back by NOON regardless if pickup time. Also that u can only use debit/credit cards to reserve the truck.
VIRGINIA W.I was supposed to pick up my rental at noon. When I arrived the door was locked and I had to call and someone else had to come let me in. I stood out in the rain waiting and by the time all was said and done it was nearly 1:00 before I left. This was very unacceptable and I will not ever recommend this location to anyone!
Christie C.They are a storage facility and not a uhaul center so they are not as well trained. That said the woman working did not hesitate to step in and lend me a hand and get me going in very cold weather. It took both of us to solve the issues. She was great.

Steve L.Staff was not present at location during operating hours. Waited almost an hour for her to arrive. Called manager, and he was vague and unhelpful. Just poor service.
RAYMOND P.Felt i was overcharged. Was told i couldn't drop off Sunday. Had to wait until Monday morning. Waited Monday morning from 8 am until 9:30am before clerk showed up for work. Missed 1.5 hours of work. Very disappointed. Never again!
ROBERT S.The man who checked the truck out to us had never done it before--bless his heart tried as hard as he could. Had his boss on the phone with him the entire time and could hear here yelling instructions through the phone. He was a nice guy---just didn't think he should be working alone untrained.
Brandy C.The Rep at the I-29 Council Bluffs, IA location was helpful and she was able to accommodate the needs I had to ensure my move was successful. I have rented from other locations before in Council Bluffs and will only rent from the I-29 location in the future.
Robby U.Disorginized - lack of knowledge - moving blankets ordered were not there - no customer service at all!!! We had to come up with the solution. Took over an hour to pick up a truck we preordered! Rediculous!!

MICHAEL J.Don't change the rate on customers when they come in from the one they were given on the phone. You put us in a bind and you knew that we had to use you because you are the only ones who rent trailers. Next time we will just purchase one and tarp everything. It would be cheaper and then we would own it.
