Drop off was not pleasant, due to the fact that I dropped it off only a few hours after I rented the trailer; however I was still charged a $20 "after hours service fee". I feel this is nonsense, because I returned the trailer before 3 PM on a Saturday. I guess I am charged this fee because their office was closed? Nobody told me I would be subject to such a fee, nor did anyone tell me that the drop off location that Uhaul selected for me would be closed on a Saturday. Please consider refunding this fee as I have rented auto transport trailers 5+ times from Uhaul and am probably what you consider to be a "valued customer"Jack H.

We had a reservation for 10am, showed up and no one was there. Called the number and told to do the truck share but we're unable to do it as it said see counter. The truck share wouldn't have mattered as the keys and appliance dolly were in the closed building. We were almost late meeting our movers due to this. The part that upset me was there was no sign posted that the location was closed the door was just locked and lights off. They eventually sent someone from another location to help us but we lost time and there was no compensation or apology. To top it all of this was after confirming the rental the prior day! We also were t the only ones waiting at 10am to pick up their rental. Seriously would not rent from here again.Randy H.

It's difficult to find. There was a small U-Haul sign in the window that did not face the street. There was also a small sign at the street that was mostly covered by tree branches. The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful.Curt S.
I had a rough experience with uhaul. First, I did not receive the blankets I ordered. The process was extremely unclear and frustrating to check in and out and provide all the information via phone. My phone did not have service on location and I had to use someone else's. If I use this service again I would pick a location that is open so I can work with a human, instead of technology. I also was shocked that the location was only open 9-1 on a Saturday, on one of the busiest moving days of the year. I did call the line for assistance twice and the staff member was very helpful and patient with me. Clearly, I had no idea about any of this as this was my first time renting a uhaul. Next time I'll be more aware of what to expect.Madi D.

The woman working this morning was 100% amazing. She was quick, efficient, super friendly and knowledgeable. She made our experience the best we've ever had with any rental. I'm sad that I don't remember her name because she deserves a kudos! We were there between 8:30-9:00AM CST, and dropped off to the same amazing employee around 12:30PM CST. This is the second time I rented a truck from this location and the lady that work there is AMAZING shes so nice and kind and shes very knowledgeable... First thing was that the safety belt would not clasp together, then the truck wasn't shifting right and then after only driving 22 miles total with this truck when I put gas in the fuel gage would not move I put $14.60 worth of gas for only 22 miles is poor in my bookLinda F.
I think that what I was charged for a two day rental of a 17' truck was extremely high. The truck itself didn't seem to be in good condition. I think there may have been a problem with the transmission. The lack of automatic locks on the doors made it a bit difficult getting in and out of the truck. Next time I move, I don't think I'll use Uhaul again.CHINA V.

First of all, I was lied to about the rental cost, the lady put down the wrong miles on the truck.No one was there when I arrived, I didn't go 10 miles to or from where I moved. 4414 N 52nd St to 4960 NW Radial Hwy. Also, she is very slow taking care of business, her daughter and granddaughter was there. Over all I was not happy with the customer service. She almost made me late for work! she didn't get back until 9:40am. My pickup was at 9am.darlene Y.
