oleksandr BI could not pick up the truck at the time I wanted and had to wait for an employee to help. Also took the employees multiple days to verify that I returned the truck.
Luis APlease be careful with this Place they charge you more than what it supposed to. Are use a vehicle for less than 3 miles and they wrote that I drove 13 miles and that was a lie. I Will never go back to this place to rent one of your vehicle they rip you off on the mileage please keep a close eye on this place.

Leonel EWhen I went to pick up my vehicle, it took me an unusually long time to complete the process. I was the only customer there so I didn't have to wait in line. First, the system was slow according to the gentleman who was helping me I was playing with my phone while waiting it took so long. Then he asked for another contact for emergencies, which I gave him but he said the number is invalid. I gave an emergency contact when I reserved the vehicle online. Then he asked for another emergency contact, and then another. That's 3 emergency contacts. I spent like 30 minutes trying to get my vehicle keys because of slow system and 3 emergency contacts. Why do you need so many emergency contacts. 1 is all you need. The gentleman said it is what U-Haul system is asking and it wouldn't let him process my rental without all of this. Anyway, I just feel that the process could have gone smoothly had I not looked through my cell phone address book for 3 people to put down as my emergency contacts. I think 3 is excessive. Other than this the rental experience was fine.

Arneice EI'm getting bill more miles then the ones I used. I'm glad I took pictures of the odometer to prove a point. This is very unprofessional and dishonest. I can't believe they were not able to do a complete check for me. I was just told to leave the truck in the front and that they would take care of the rest. And I would get my receipt via email.

Tamisha CThe pick up location added insurance to my reservation without my permission and dispatch the equipment charging my credit card an unauthorized amount. I was on hold and transferred around uhaul customer service for 45 mins and had to file and escalation with a manager to reverse the charges. The owner of the location was very rude about the situation and denied any responsibility.
Jessica GI received a call from U Hall not Armando's auto repair. Stating that I did not turn in the truck. I returned the truck 30 mins a head of the scheduled time.

manuel lFacility is a repair shop, so not much of a waiting area...however, Armando makes up for it with his friendly and diligent service!
