The car exterior was good but inside the back of the car there were pizza leftovers everywhere over the floor so we had to cover it with paper to put our mattress on top. This pizza was also smelling all the way… Apart from that nice experience
Mykhailo KushkaThe lock on the truck was sticky and didn’t work. The check engine light on the truck was on. There was no option for self check in and there was only one person working at the store and a line of 6 people so it took forever. This was the worst experience with U-Haul I have ever had.

Al CatalinaRent vehicles with full tanks, rather than have customers approximate the level of the tank when they took possession. Ended up paying for almost a quarter tank more than I used because it was difficult to guess how much to add.

Kim JowThis is not a good location to drop the 20ft truck. I was lucky enough to find parking on one of the narrow side streets but there is no dedicated parking lot. The personnel however dealt with the drop-off well and efficiently, and in terms of a location, it is convenient for Vancouver.

Jeff SamuelsFix the bug where I order a mattress cover and expect it to be ready by the time I arrive at the store. The dealer said the cover was not on the order on his side, even though my credit card was already charged. The car smelled like cigarettes in the cabin and the trunk.
Calvin ChanI booked to pick up at the marine drive location and drop off at Bradner road. After I paid the location details changed to pick up at 968 w king Edward. Then half way through the day my drop off location changed to garden street. Very confusing and disorganized but ultimately worked out ok. Just some feed back for you.
Kirsty ColquhounInform customers prior to when they come, if the equipment they ordered for like, e.g the dolly is not available. Overall, I had an amazing hitch-free customer experience. And the ladies at the W king Edward Ave. Office were super nice. I had fears due to negative reviews online. But everything turned out smoothly from picking the truck to returning it. Thanks uhaul.

Bryan HuangI booked at this location as UHaul advertised it as allowing for contactless pickup early in the morning. An employee of the store got in touch the night before to let me know that they weren't set up for contactless pickup. This is not the location's fault - why would UHaul allow me to book a truck at that time?

brian millerParking brake release was hanging loose - forgot to mention it on returning the van. Would be better to have an automatic key - tedious to have to lock/unlock each door individually, manually by key. Would be nice if the pick up and drop off could be a bit quicker but the gentleman who helped me was working hard, certainly.
Amanda VincentCertainly quick online process. Convenient location for me. I did take pictures of scratches on outside as well as internal for mileage and tank level. Rental rate is more complicated and relates to kilometres that are driven as well, at reduced cost per kilometre, as well as filling up gas tank.

Caitlyn SponheimerFirst issue - this was not the planned pickup location. When we arrived at our planned location, we were told they did not have a truck for us. We had scheduled a month ahead of time, and upon arrival, had to take taxi to secondary location to get a truck. That location was not open until 10 AM, and we were rushed through receiving our keys. No vehicle inspection. Not enough furniture blankets (we requested 12 - only received 11, and were still charged for 12). These above delays seriously impacted our scheduling for apartment move out times, elevator reservations, etc

Ron MonkI have use uhaul 4 times This has been the best one so far The only think is the after hrs parking, due to its a neighborhood. It takes some time to park the vehicle safetly vs the opening time for the next day. The Davie and East Broadway locations r really bad ones they should be closed.

James TraharWhen I arrived to pick up my rental I was disappointed that it was not ready. The attendant had to sweep the snow off it. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for the ice to melt off the windshield also the two front tires were low on air. This all should have been taken care of before I got there. I should not have to deal with this.

BRENT ANDERSONPrepare your cars for winter! I was driving your truck in a snowstorm and I'm pretty sure their were summer tires on it - was hard to control.
Endre Deakparking spots were hard to find - busy area, you will need to take some turns and searching.
