Then, eve when all the lights are off, and the ignition and keys are out, the driver door bell rings continually, till you close the door! Then, when you are driving at a certain speed, there is an annoying whistle type noise from outside the cabin!
Jeffery CraneWhen I dropped off the truck at this location there was no one there to assist me. The location was open but unoccupied. I could only assume the attendant was assisting a customer offsite or for some reason was unavailable. I waited a few minutes and then left the key in the uhaul box. I called the 800# and spoke with a very helpful person by the name of Karen and explained what happened with the drop off. She said she notated everything on my account.

Mike ShawI reserved a 26” truck, vehicle tow equipment, and appliance dolly. The Appliance dolly was not at the pick up location (which wasn’t the original pick up location scheduled), and no one in the immediate area had an appliance dolly. When I spoke with a U-Haul customer service representative she suggested I go to a store and buy one.
Brittany AdamsThe truck was clean. But after I uploaded the picture and had left the rental agency the check engine light came on and the driver information display kept telling me to check gas cap. I did once I reached my destination and the cap was properly on yet the truck still told me to check gas cap. The truck ran overall well but it did seem as though the doghouse cover inside the cab over the engine was lose and vibrated. As well as a loud exhaust noise in the cab. Overall very happy with the truck just seems like maintenance could be better kept up on.
IVAN CRUMBLISSBusiness Had a sign they open at 8am, was closed. Next door business called the worker. Worker shows up after 8:30 am. I told him my pick up was at 8 am. Worker said no it was at 9am. He sets my drop off at 8am thou by the time he finished the work order it was closer to 9am? He ask me if I needed help hooking up the trailer? I thought that was part of customer service? I told him yes I needed his help. He hooked up the trailer and left.
ALBERTO AGUILARWe had issues getting the vehicle because the location was off on maps snd then when we got to our destination we did not have the passcode for the lock on the back of the truck. After 30 min on the phone with Uhaul my husband had to drive the truck back to the location. The tire place didn’t even know the code. Our truck from across country had to sit in the parking lot an hour while we tried to resolve the issues. We would like to talk to someone if possible.

Michael ShawVery dissatisfied with Arkham tires- the truck was absolutely filthy when we picked it up, and only had 1/2 tank of gas in it. We swept it out and returned it with just over 1/2 tank of gas. When I received my receipt the next day, I found I had been charged for 60 miles- when I actually drove 11 miles. I have contacted UHaul customer service and I am awaiting my refund. UHaul needs to look into Arkham tires and ensure that they do not fraudulently charge future customers.

Michael ShawThis dealer gets high praise from his tire and uhaul rental customers including from me. Please fill his yard up with 20' and 26' box trucks to better service our area in Belton, Texas area.
Michael ShawAgent handed me the keys and said rental was good to go. Got home and opened the back. Had ordered 2 dozen blanks. The blankets were covered with grass and heaped in piles in the Auntie's attic. I started picking up the blankets, shaking out the grass, and folding them. I had ordered 2 dozen blankets but there was only 1 dozen in the truck. I immediately called to location and was told 'Yah uhaul will be crediting you for the missing dozen." I ended up not needing them but what if I really did?
David WilsonKnow one was at the location when I was scheduled at 8am. I also could not get someone from UHaul on the phone to help with the 24/7 app set up for the rental. The app kept saying I was at the wrong location but I was standing at the box that held the keys. Nearly two hours after I was scheduled to pick up the truck the lease was completed. Definitely the worst overall experience I've had with Uhaul.
Matthew KellyThis place closes at 3pm on Saturdays, and when we tried to check the trailer back in online, it never would go through. We called three different numbers (were on hold 2hrs total) plus the live chat trying to get it checked in, and no one could help. It cost us an extra $20 in fees.
Christopher MashekI put fuel in the vehicle immediately prior to returning it. The fuel indicator was read higher when I returned it than when I picked it up. (Above F at time of return.) Still, I was billed a fueling charge. Alas, I photographed the odometer at return, but not the fuel gauge. I didn’t believe I had the basis for a protest without objective evidence, but I do have a reason to be dissatisfied. Lessons learned: save gas receipts and photograph the fuel gauge when returning U-Haul vehicles. Get the final rental bill on site, not by email. Don’t trust the guy who says, “Just drop off the key. You’re all set.”

TODD MICHAEL FANNONVendor in Temple was in an old gas station with busted windows and very poorly maintained. Did the contract in the parking lot. Did not have the padded blankets at this location. The person doing my contract was in a sweat soaked faded tee shirt, shorts, and croc shoes. Not the appearance of professionalism. Location was difficult to get out of. Had to jump a curb and drag the rear bumper of the truck just to get to the service road of I-35.

There was no one there and we dropped off the key in the night drop off box. I think you try to squeeze as much money from your customers. I will not be using U-haul unless I really need too. Remember DO NOT DROP OFF EARLY THEY WILL CHARGE YOU.....Called in the morning to notify about early drop off no answer all day. But they did charge me for early drop off......
Blanca TorresCancel this vendor contract and find another partner. Staff was present when I dropped off my rental at 3 pm on Saturday. I was told to drop the keys in a box instead of them checking in my truck. They were not open on Sunday so I called Monday Morning to check my status. I was told it had been checked in and was ok. When I expressed my displeasure I was told they always tell people to put the truck keys on the box, and then they check them in when they have time.
