The location is a little sketchy looking. Barking dog outside chained, broken down cars, It is at the end of a dead-end road. I certainly would not want to drop off here after night. No signage.

pamela maxeyTook operation over 25 minutes to verify truck rental then online said to go inside it’s a closed location. After waiting for someone to arrive they had no idea where keys were took another 20 minutes for them to continue to look for keys finally found them in the drop box truck had never been looked at by the company. Truck had gas light on and before I could get on the road I had to stop and fill it up. Worst experience I have ever had at a uhaul and as you can see in my records I rent often! I will consider other companies before considering uhaul after this experience

I was told by two different customer service Representatives that also made note on my reservation that I was supposed to receive my payment back for that missing equipment and to let them know when I returned it for refund. I never got that refund
