Not happy with Uhaul ay all! First you call me halfway to my destination to let me know there are no trailers available in the area I am going to! (Dallas to Chattanooga!) Then I am told there is a trailer 10 miles north of Chattanooga! I have no choice but to say ok at this point. Then I arrive (It was 16miles from my hotel.) at the Hixson location. The gentleman was very nice and completed the process. I noticed the email (While sitting at the Hixson location.) showing the trailer I am getting. IT IS NOT A MOTORCYCLE TRAILER! I specifically asked for that in the beginning!!!!!! I traveled 756 miles to pickup a a motorcycle I paid a lot of money for! But of course I have no options! So I go and pick it up. No one is there!!!!! No help connecting the trailer. (I have not done that before! No one to help to check and see if my lights are working on the trailer! WHAT A JOKE!!!! Get it right Uhaul!BRIAN F.

I would highly recommend this location over the one at the intersection of Ashland Terrace and Hixson Pike. The lady was very nice, professional and had everything ready for me when I got there, anyone in the Hixson, Red Bank or Soddy Daisy area needs to visit this location, you will not regret it.JACQUELYN F.

Truck was dirty, bird feces all over the front window. Truck was below the empty mark for gas. Originally made the reservation for a different location but a rep from uhaul changed to this location. Made the reservation for a truck, auto transport and an appliance dolly but was informed at pick up they had no appliance dolly and we had to drive 16 miles out of the way to pick one up. Got to that location and they didn't have one as well. Had to move all our furniture and appliances without a dolly. The person at this location was very unprofessional and had no customer service skills whatsoever. Didnt even call to confirm an appliance dolly at the other location before sending us there. They made us hook the auto transport up ourselves and didn't confirm if our lights or anything worked. We had no lights on the transporter whatsoever so we had to stop driving at night and pay for a hotel so we didn't receive a ticket from police or cause an accident, making us late for our arrival at our new house. This caused us to have to hire help to get the uhaul unloaded on time for drop off. A man confirmed it was hooked up correctly but did not confirm that the lights worked.CHRISTINA G.

Not easy to find. The employees were not really helpful. This was the first place I ever had to load my own trailer, I know how but it is difficult with one person, especially when the trailer is not on a stand and it has to be lifted to the ball hitch.SHAYLEN H.

Attendant would not answer the phone after being called three times while I was waiting at the entry gate. Another person had to use their code to let me in. We were then told to wait in my truck and someone would be with us. After 15-20 mins of waiting I walked into the office to find the attendant and another woman laughing it up having a good time while the phone continued to ring. The attendant then told me to just drop the trailer off near the others and I could go. She need offer any other assistance or guidance. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had returning a trailer.Theron C.

Good morning, This is my third attempt to contact Ark Care storage regarding a billing issue. I have yet to receive a return phone call. I was charged two rental periods with no explanation. â€¢ Rental date/time: I arrived at 8:28am for my 8:30 pick up, but due to â€œsystem issuesâ€ I was not given keys to my rental until 8:57am. â€¢ Return date/time: Return should have been for 3:30pm. I returned the truck at EXACTLY 2:43pm. I have proof in my call log as to when I called to gain entry into the facility for drop-off. I was in fact home before 3:30pm. â€¢ â€¢ I was double charged Safe move insurance â€¢ Rental rate is doubled â€¢ I put gas in the truck as well and have receipts. I was asked to fill it to half and I put in more than that. â€¢ I have two separate credit card charges. $75.44 and $88.41, totaling $163.85. â€¢ The rental was completely clean. In fact, I even found several tools in the truck from a previous renter and returned them to Ark Care in case someone came looking for them.Bradley B.

The online experience was terrible they set me up in a truck you all are phasing out and if I would not have called a few days before pick up I would have lost thousands of dollars. No one called which is terrible business more than likely will move on to a different supplier as this is the third time this type of unprofessional behavior has cost usGERALD C.

Livingston AND Hixson locations are FABULOUS!!!!!! I recommend Livingston! They really took care of me and my mom. Very kind. Very knowledgeable. Hixson location was same. Very kind and we will be using them for more than a drop off location hopefully very soon!Amy C.
