Your national call center NEVER provided me with the physical location where to pick up the trailer. Your national call center also never provided me with the access codes to use the gate at the storage facility I had a locker at. They never put me in direct contact with either location. WORST customer service model I have ever seen by not letting calls go directly to locations with no means to text or email the locations either. You fail miserably.

Fix the app, repeatedly had to go through the checkin process, camera in app doesn't accept pictures of dl. Wasn't able to check out via app, wouldn't accept odometer and fuel image. Galaxy Note10+

I've never used a storage facility before. It's very nice but a little small. I thought I was getting a unit that said fits 2 rooms but it's quite small. Nonetheless I still was able to fit everything
