I still need my bill corrected. I was charged $70 for insurance I declined at the pick up location. It keeps adding it to my bill!
JOHN HWasn’t open on a Saturday so they could check it in. We had to check it in ourselves on the App. I prefer to have a representative of haul present when I return.

JAMES GU-Haul Rep was not available but the auto sales rep was and let the U-Haul Rep know I was turning it in a day early and requesting the day’s refund

Helen HI've used 2 different small neighborhood U-Haul pick-ups and both were understaffed and were not able to assist with hooking up the trailer. That should be better communicated.

Jesus GThis was the third time that I had driven from Alabama to Kentucky to pickup this vehicle. The first time there was a broken bar on the tow dolly, they didn't have another one, so I had to cancel. The second time, the tow dolly had been stolen off the lot, they didn't have another and I had to cancel once again. This time ther was a broken chain, as mentioned earlier.

John SThe online check-in process was horrible. It took over an hour to get the key for the truck due to not being able to speak to an actual process. You have to check-in through a website or an app. It requires multiple pictures and the location could not be found. It was over-all a horrible process. I paid for an appliance dolly to be used and was charge but did not get one in the truck. I will defiantly go in person during open hours next time i need a truck for a move.

Stanley TTrailer was clean, tongue jack was messed up, strap was frayed and the trailer kept blowing my turn signal and brake light fuses
Jacob CEquipment was rusted and needed to have a very good servicing performed on the braking system.
Larry M1) The storage area on the truck was filthy. We had to sweep and mop it before we used it so that we would not track powdery black residue into our new house when moving the furniture in. 2) The left tension cord on the rolling rear door was detached making it hard to open and even harder to close.

Stephen PWas carrying a couch a Uhaul leaked. Also would have been nice to know that I needed my own plug adapter to go from 4 prong flat to round connector.
David Mdrop off person said we got trailer to you EARLY, which meant we would NOT BE CHARGED EXTRA DAY. yet we still have not seen a REFUND OF THAT EXTRA DAY CHARGE from your CORPORATE OFFICE!!! We ARE UPSET WITH UHAUL CORPORATE OVERALL UNTIL THIS IS CORRECTED!!!
