Professional, friendly.
Crosby RI spent nearly two hours there trying to get a truck I had reserved in advance. The lady didn't know how to use the computer, so I had to call customer service to resolve the issue myself. I had already called beforehand to confirm availability, but she misled me by saying I could just make a reservation online and pick up the key. It was a terrible experience.
Bon TNotified that right rear tire was showing low pressure when I picked the vehicle up. Was told the tire looks like the rest so it was fine. Location did not air up the tire to recommended inflation.
Steven RIt was a gas station and trucks were parked in an empty lot. The loxcation was not i.presive at all. I am pleased that the location had the truck I needed. Having to do everythin with my smart phone was good.
Francisco GJerry was very nice and professional. He explained everything in detail so we had no shocking surprises on the road. I would 100% recommend this location for all of my friends and family. I greatly appreciate his help
Patricia JRental truck was dirty and drivers cab smelled of old cigarette smoke. Truck ran well and no problems with that.

LUIS GTold this location I did not need simple safe insurance but they charged me anyway after I dropped the truck back off. My receipt was sent to me via email later during the day.
Rodolfo AGuy at counter was extremely rude. I ordered a refrigerator dolly and they didn't have it. When I returned the vehicle a day early, another guy behind the counter wouldn't even go out and look at the truck.
Lisa WEmmett took care of all my reservation needs. He made the process simple, and got me on my way. I appreciated the service and the vehicle operated perfectly.

YONG LAfter agreement we received notice of change of pickup location but was the same location. I called and they indicated no problem this is how system works. We arrived at pickup and told our pickup had changed. She apologized and indicated that we would get a 10% discount for inconvenience but at new pickup point they saw no discount and we were charged the higher not discount price- can you contact initial location confirm and credit back the discount?? Location was muddy so some dirt on floor

salvador sAt first the person waiting for me is somewhat smart ass and rude just because he needs to clock out and wants to go home. But it would be nice if his more helpful at the beginning wherein he can see us waiting in the lot where the trucks at and as a newbie of renting a uhaul he didnt care not until i call the after hours.

Tina SCustomer service was great. The only tip I'd give is to text people if their truck will be ready earlier. The place opens up earlier than my reservation and I would have liked to pick it up prior to 9:30 AM.
Erin DBy far the best experience I've had renting a UHaul. I move a lot for work, and this is something I usually dread, due to the terrible customer service, but this location was awesome. Everyone was professional and friendly and leagues above the rest. ¡Gracias!

Claudia RThis is such a horrible place to do a drop off after hours, I took the uhaul but they have no drop box or anyone there to leave the key. I work til late and it's been difficult to even drop off the key anywhere. Very frustrating. They should either move location or just not have this location at all.
Edwin GOkay experience. Drop off process was confusing as i found no drop off box at the Arco and handed my keys to a confused Arco employee. I saw no U Haul representative. Hope this helps. Tracy Srock
TRACY SUhaul representative was rude, and kept going on and on for over 5 minutes about me being 30 minutes late to pick up the truck, even after I explained there was bad traffic in the cajon pass. This was unnecessary and definitely made it a bad experience, when he could just have simply said " next time let us know you're running late" and left it at that.

Steven TThe truck was dirty, there were orange peels and old food wrappers in the truck. The app did not work to check the truck and there was no one to help figure anything out. They only had one worker so he could only work the register. I would just go to a bigger uhaul place in the future.
Alinda ANotify the customer that before they leave, U-Haul requires the customer to verify the license plate at the pick-up location. The GPS signal will prevent the customer from verifying the rental at any other location. This could be problematic for individuals who do not carry or use smartphones.

Lisa PWorst experience even with Uhaul. The truck stopped working, No one would come out to help. I waited 3.5-4 hours for assistance. Then was told to just leave the truck and someone will come and tow it. A lock smith was sent out, said he could only jump the truck if that was the problem and found out after completing a diagnostic on the truck it was the braking system the had a leak and the system wouldn't allow the truck to start! That began our 3-4 hour wait. Not to mention I had to pay for an additional day to the apartment I was moving out of, because I didn't make it back before they office closed to return their keys! Maintenance on your truck should be kept up, especially the braking system!

Edith VI will NEVER use the Alessandro location again. We requested a truck and two dolly's (furniture and appliance). We were told, on the day of the move, when we went to pick up the truck, that the dolly's were not available. U-haul should have told me the a head of time and/or they should have arranged to have the dolly's sent to that location. Worse, the guy working at at the counter actual argued with me about the customer service. The whole situation was unprofessional on behalf of UHaul and the employee at Arco. And, when we called the Sunnymead Blvd location we were told they had the dolly's. So we drove there just to be told that they didn't have the dolly's. Luckily, the third location had the dolly's and comped them for us since we had such a hassle getting them. I do not plan on using UHaul again.

Ana MHad to wait 45 minutes because the guy had to go to lunch. Overall this operation was very poor. He wouldn't take the one minute it took him to just take our payment and hand us the keys for we did everything online. Hope that you guys revoke his license soon. When we returned it the other guy said we'll check it when we have time and email you the receipt! Poor customer service. Poor manners and poor management.
Maher MAllow customer to estimate miles to use. Then allow customer to make a change in mile estimate in an effort to be more accurate and to make the authorization more affordable.
CABONIA CAttendant at this location issuing the keys seemed bothered to have to do their job while having almost 0 customer service demeanor. Will not rent here anymore. Booking with the "mobile convenience check in / check out" takes longer and is dependent on the locations WiFi. Even though I already booked and entered my info, I still had to wait for them to actually renter the order on their system. I'll consider other moving companies in the future. Also, the gas gauge was not working correctly which ended up costing me an extra 30% in fuel. No refunds for extra gas. Unsatisfied

Brian YHave never used this location before and wasn't really sure where to park or go so we parked at the gas pump and there were no customers there walked in asked if this was the corrrect place . First thing guy says . Did you park at my pump . I responded yes . He said move your car . I say ok . He asked another question as I was walking to the door so I turned to answer his question and he says move your car . So I responddd to him ghat he needed to relax . He was not a very curious U-Haul rep . I will never recommend this location .
MARTY KNo one took the time to take us outside to show us what truck to get. We had to wonder around, then come back inside and ask for needed help to get us to the truck that we rented. Poor customer service and his breath smells like shit?!!!

ALPHA KAfter renting the truck and loading in at night it rained the next morning and the roof leaked water and destroyed a lot of my stuff after letting insulation know they replied with since I never got the insurance there is nothing they can do about it! Even know it was there truck that was defective
johnathan gI scheduled to have the truck for 8 hours. When I picked up I was told I had to have it back in 5 hours. Also no ramp on the truck! How is that supposed to work? They also wouldn't answer the phone and also uhaul couldn't get a hold of this location and called me to see if it was returned!
Jenifer MI was scared the workers were going to harm me. The workers were very aggressive and confrontational. The owner is aware and nothing is addressed, other customers left due to the poor service and the guys went out to harass them for not wanting to do service there. I should be compensated for my blood pressure going up I was so scared. I am disgusted uhaul does this

chris rAt this location the sales representative was excellent, I called in to order a 20 foot U-Haul for some reason the keys weren't available or whatever the case may have been, they accommodated me with the 26 ft U-Haul that was available just for my troubles no extra charge or anything. Now that's the service I can appreciate by being a customer. I got all my moving needs taken care of and this place is excellent.
