At this location the sales representative was excellent, I called in to order a 20 foot U-Haul for some reason the keys weren't available or whatever the case may have been, they accommodated me with the 26 ft U-Haul that was available just for my troubles no extra charge or anything. Now that's the service I can appreciate by being a customer. I got all my moving needs taken care of and this place is excellent.

They charged me for 10 gallons of gas even though I filled the tank full at the gas station next to them. They also charged me for an extra day even though I delivered it a head of schedule to the location. I have pictures to prove that the gas tank was full.

I ordered a utility dolly with my truck reservation. The dolly was incredibly crucial for the day, as myself and my fiancé were moving from a house and storage unit, to a second floor apartment. It was absolute HELL without the dolly. Why didn't we receive a dolly after including it in our order? We still do not know the answer. The morning of pickup, we arrived and did the usual checkout of the truck. When we noticed the dolly was missing, I went inside and let the uhaul operator know. He said, “ we don't have dollys at this location. Sorry.” I told him, “ well, I just ordered and paid for one.” His response: “oh well just take it off. Yeah we just don't have them.” This is totally unacceptable and poor business practices. The option for a dolly should have never been given if there were none in the first place. I would've picked a different uhaul location that had the proper equipment we desperately needed for a job like this. Very disappointed.

Truck engine light came on.. both clerks at arch were really rude, from my retail experience seemed like they hated their job. I rent a uhaul 2-3 times a month due to my small business and this location has no customer service skills.

Provide the actual reserved equipment and at least sweep out the trucks before the next rental…. Pick up was easy and simple but the return was tough..! 4.30 on a Saturday before close made me feel rushed…!

The truck was filthy and smelled like feeces inside and out. They could clean the truck better, I had to take the truck to the car wash and have my team clean it, it was so bad! I ha e never had a truck in such horrible shape.

I picked up the truck, The gas level was not disclosed and I didn't get the text so that I could upload the picture of how low the gas fuel was, I was charged $30 Dollars service fee and 3 gallons of gas, I will never use this location again. Sergio Duran 951-522-5262

All the attendant said was he needed the keys. Didn't say anything about experience or check the vehicle. We asked about our refund for the dolly and he said he couldn't help us.

Better records need to be kept. It was first initially reported that there was 1/4 tank of gas in the truck. I didn't pay attention at first, but when I returned it and attempted to put the fuel back to where it was, I realized that it was actually on 1/8 of a tank when I got it instead of 1/4. It just didn't dawn on me at first and no one went out with me to check everything on the truck. Maybe I should made that initial request then I would not have gotten charged for not putting enough gas back in the truck.

Location was convenient for me, but since it was part of a gas station it does not have the same personal touch of a regular U-Haul store. (Paperwork was handled fine, but just not sure the personnel appreciate having this as additional work to their gas station job). Also, it was "fun" opportunity to go look for the truck on my own. I have used U-Haul a couple of times recently, and this experience was just ok.

I have called 951-247-4652 several times yesterday and left a message because I was incorrectly charged for an extra day. I returned the truck and dolly on Sunday 3/13 at 7am. When i arrived to Arco, the attendant said he could not give me a receipt because they do not open until 8am. I took a picture of truck with a time stamp to prove it was dropped off at that date and time. I received a receipt yesterday 3/14 stating i returned it at 7am on 3/14 which is incorrect. I was charged for an additional day when i returned it on Sunday the 13th. I attempted to email the address at the bottom of the email ( 31582_GM@uhaul ) but the email was kicked back. I'd like for a refund for the additional day that i was charged please.

Truck was scheduled/reserved to be picked up at 11:30am. The person that does rentals was not at the location when we arrived. Gas station cashiers called the rental person, but he never showed up. We did not leave with the truck until 12:15pm. One of the cashiers was able to get enough of the transaction figured out to get us the rental truck and on our way.

The bay of the truck was beyond dirty. I had to broom it out and use a blower when I arrived to load it. The guy tried his best but didn't have the right broom or blower for the job. The cab of the truck was as clean as one would expect, however the windshield was very dirty due to recent high winds.

Their employees need to be better trained and up to date on terms. Also EXTREMELY slow when checking in after returning trailer. Waited over 20 minutes for a "manager." Wouldn't recommend at all.

I forgot that I was driving a U-Haul because the seats were very comfortable. I was concerned about the cell phone charging equipment but once I got in the truck everything was there including the back up camera. The only thing was missing was the back seat... Very impressed with my experience

my second trailer rental. first time I had to clean out oily dirt at the beginning of the rental. Floor very slippery. (different location, Spruce St. i Riverside.) Second time scraps of paper and some dirt in trailer. And yet you threaten me with a charge if I return it dirty?
