The drop off location was supposed to be right near my home. While this wasn't too far it was still inconvenient and farther than I wanted. Again, location for drop off was changed by Uhaul and not my requested place of service.

The van that I rented had used, torn boxes in it the back. I rented a dolly with the van and the dolly was not in it. I did not know that the dolly was not in the van until I was at the location to move. When I returned, I explained that the van was messy and I did not have the dolly. The employee responded, “I told you to grab one when you left.” There was no offer to change the charges. I refilled the gas tank and went to return the keys of the van to the employee, but she insisted that I park the van back in the spot for the next person. I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service. To improve the customer experience, the truck or van that has been reserved should have the necessary RENTED equipment in it and ready for the customer. The customer should not have to be reminded to pick up the additional equipment. There should be an easier way to refund money or reimburse for unused equipment. The customer should not have to park the truck or back it out when it has been reserved in advance. Overall, I'm was very displeased with the customer service and would not recommend this for anyone else.

Make sure is clean. Because when I got in there were a lot of crums in the seats and on the cup holders. The steering wheel had some soda spill and it was just not so pleasant to drive your truck like that at all.

This location has to be the worst have a picture of before and after I left the station with the vehicle and the owner badgered me saying he doesn't know how his truck mileage is off when I'm just a customer who was covering his ass because I know how these people can be

50 minutes to get van in lot. Person not trained. Keep calling person in charge, twice have to give information to get van. Then got Same when checked van, invoice 3 times, Paid too much 40 miles, $ 19.95 for van , gave Discove card # over phone day before on reservation. Fiinal charged $ 74 plus , After 2 charges $ 38.00 plus. Don't know if Received credit on the first charges?? Took 30 minutes to check out. Whole experience awful.. Sorry 😞 wouldn't ever use this location again. Peterstanfiel

I attached the auto transport myself. The young lady was by herself in the store. When a uhaul is scheduled to leave or arrive the store should have extra help. She was very good checking me in and out.

Provide clearer instructions on where to go. This site is a gas station with no Uhaul signage at all. Further, when ordering equipment to go with your truck (pads, etc), expect that you'll be going to an outdoor lockup area, pull the pads yourself, carry and load them into the truck. One recommendation would be to preload the pads and other equipment into the truck for your customers... In short, the process was haphazard and is not one I would recommend for this site.

The truck's A/C was not working correctly. I had a one way rental from Phoenix Arizona to Yuma, Arizona. The temp was 109. Would like to receive a credit for inconvenience. Extremely hot! Staff upon pick up and drop off very nice. The attendant at the location the reservation was made at, was not clear and did not give accurate information on rental. The pick up location worked hard at making the reservation correct. Hope the A/C has a thorough checking before the truck is rented out again. Too hot and dangerous for driving a vehicle in the desert with no A/C.

It was open 24 hours but bathrooms were not clean,

Immediately smelled your car wash when I pulled up. Not a very welcoming scent. Told the lady at the desk I was here to pick up the truck I reserved. She asked me to wait while she sold tobacco chew, and then pulled out a laptop to login to U-Haul services. An invoice was generated and emailed - a reasonable $68.89 charge. We then proceeded to move in the unbearably hot weather (our fault). After returning the vehicle, I asked the lady what my total was. She said I would be emailed the final receipt. I thought that was strange. When I got the email, we were pretty shocked the see the price had doubled... $119.87 for four hours and 40 miles, 6 furniture pads and a dolly. Needless to say, we are highly dissatisfied. Service: poor, pricing: horrendous, overall experience: an unrepeatable mistake. I would rather hand $120 to a panhandler than to ever support your services again. Thank you so much.

First of all the location is not self check-in. I had to wait to the woman came in to check out the reserved truck. Secondly, I had to give my credit card number to the “owner” over the phone. I had to call the phone number the lady provided me at the gas station location. Third I was charged for the $14 insurance that I declined when making the reservation. I called the owner again and he said He took care of it. But I received the final bill and I'm still being charged.

The staff had no idea how to do the UHaul paperwork and didn't had no desire to learn. It took over an hour to get checked in and the clerk refused to check me out while I was there. I had to call customer service twice for help.
