The vehicle was filthy on the outside. I had to clean the windows before I could safely drive it. The inside on the other hand was very well kept.

The van was dirty. They didn't have the dolly that reserved but, they gave me an appliance dolly instead for free. It was really heavy but, worked. It took a while to get checked out because my reservation wasn't ready when I got there. Also, the van only had a quarter tank of gas. When I came back to check in the van and appliance dolly, the person at the counter didn't know how to check me in and I got no receipt. The person at the counter said the manager would send me a receipt the next day. I still have gotten nothing. I won't go back to that location.

Make sure they contact you about pickup. Stop making customers wait hours after their appointment just to pick up vehicle

When I returned the truck the clerk did not know how to check in the truck. He would not check the mileage or fuel gauge. He could not tell me the total cost or give me a receipt. I refueled the truck for $25 at their station and the tank appeared to be half full. Later in the day I got a phone call and they said the tank wasn’t 1/2 full, it was 7/16 so they were going to charge me $16 for fuel. There is NO WAY it was short 3 gallons. These people are totally unresponsive and unreasonable. I will never go back here and I will tell all my neighbors the same thing. I will also go on yelp to let everybody know what a rip off these guys are. If there was any fuel shortage it is their fault because they were not there to check in the truck for me.

The vehicle was not clean and smelled of cigarettes. Also the location charged me for gas (1.5 gallons for a total of $7.13) after I put in MORE gas than the vehicle had when it was given to me. I am extremely upset that I can't trust this location and I will never go back and I will give it a negative review and negative ratings to anyone who asks

Because this location is in a gas station, it took extra long to get my truck. When we returned it, the attendant said we had to come back another time when the manager was there.

I followed the instructions provided and waited for the call ( within one hour) that never came. I called the CSR and confirmed the pickup location. When I arrived and tried to use the mobile app it would not allow me to go to the check in process. After 3 calls and 30 minutes later it was suggested

My reservation was changed from a location down the street from my home to a remote location 15 miles away from my home, which I have to pay for the extra distance. The owner did not do a pre-inspection, or show me how to operate the vehicle. He did not even walk me outside to show me what van rental was mine. There were NO interior lights inside the van and it was difficult to see or unload. A service light was on for the "tire service" and another warning light. The sliding side door was jammed and had to be forced open each time. There was also cardboard debris from the previous renter left in it. No post-inspection was performed on the van upon return.

I was charged for an extra day when I clearly returben the vehicle at night. Im being robbed of 54 dollars. I called the location and spoke to a manager. He said I will be refunded, however, Im still waiting to see if I am getting tge refund. I have not recieved anything as of yet
