Randall T.They were getting ready to close when I dropped off the truck and they said they would process the paperwork the next day. I had put gas in the truck as required at the same level as when I started, but was charged for an additional 4 gallons of gas. Since I was not there to verify the gauge reading, I had to trust that they would read it correctly. Next time I will have the gas gauge read before I leave and make sure the paperwork is correct.

I was charged an extra $58.88 ($30 for fuel service fee and $28.88 for fuel charge) for no REASON, when I know for a fact I re-fueled to 1/4 tank like I was supposed to, for you to come back and state that it was left with 1/8 of a tank. NO ACCEPTABLE!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION SO YOU WON'T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID!!!!

David B.The woman who ran the office at this location 6/17-18 was very helpful. The cargo hold of the truck was clean at pick up. On the passenger side floor there was dry dirt from someone's boots. I didn't mind, but don't want to get charged a cleaning fee. I returned the truck the way I got it, and I swept out the cargo hold.
Scott B.Assuring the uhauls actually get cleaned by someone before next rental. The truck we rented was messy in the back with lots of hair of an animal and smelled really badly of one too. Also cigarettes and the smell left in the front.

Ramon O.Absolutely do not use this location. If I had to option at time of booking I would have much rather gone to York like I did with my towable trailer. This location had no space to park, no one there, and in a really sketchy location just behind a house.

Beth H.When a unit is deemed to have a full fuel tank it should be pegged at full (Mine was at the "F") - when I filled up prior to drop-off the needle on the dash passed the "F" on the fuel gauge so I put in more fuel than I started with - with gas pushing $5/gallon this is an additional cost I should not be responsible for..

Damaris T.Arbor Park is a fantastic location, however, not the one at which I chose to pick up my truck. If customers choose to pick it up there I would say the whole process is fairly easy, you just may need to calibrate your phones GPS service if you're doing the 24/7 truck share.

Sandra R.I am not very happy because the app does not work for check in or check check out I am not very happy at all. I got charged for gas that wasn't even in the truck I have pictures to prove it he can't download anything any pictures at all on that app you can't when you bring the truck back you can't use the app so they charged me for 2 days + 10 they charged me $20 because I couldn't use the app and I had to talk to a person I was there at 7 in the morning even clean their damn truck put gas in it to where it was at 7/8 not very very happy at all
Ann L.Returned after hours. Was easy to park truck with plenty of space. My only issue was I was unable to do my return on the uhaul site. But we were able to get it to work on my friends phone.
John G.This is not specific to the list location, but to the mobile pick-up. I think more clear indication about the time/number of steps involved in pick-up would be nice. Perhaps I overlooked it, but if somewhere on reservation it said, "Please plan 15 minutes for the pick-up process" that would be great.
