None of the equipment I rented was ready to go when picked up. Truck missing trailer hitch, trailer missing cable for the trailer lights, gas tank almost empty. I was also charged for gas that I didn't use and took forever talking on the phone to have the fuel charges reversed.

Hello, We were there over an hour and half, they didn't know that the trailer was at another lot, and a guy was there to rent a truck, but he had to go to Lowes to buy a hitch because it was missing. The lady working there was really nice, but was overwhelmed with problems that the owner needed to fix.

Only problem we had was the cab of the truck smelled awful.

Truck was reserved under 24/7 contact-less reservation. Truck was not set up correctly for this. Had to wait an hour for someone to come into the office to unlock the truck, get the moving pads(Blankets) loaded, and then he had to do a bunch of 'paperwork' even though all that information was done online. This was on a Sunday of Labor Day weekend, so all things considered, I was ok. My real frustration was the truck was marked as "FULL" but the fuel gage was really around 7/8, I returned the truck with more fuel then when I picked up, and still got charged for 2 more gallons...

Whatever total is online should be the total all around and if u don't have the Truck or equipment I've reserved at the time than should be deducted and be the same amount already. Quoted at order purchased

Trailer I rented was clean but a lot of damage from previous users, I asked if we were going to go over the damage I see all over this unit and was told I could take my own pictures. I emailed a letter of all the events that took place in the 2+ hours I was waiting to get my rental. And still waiting on a response.. After I spent my 1/2 hour lunch break and an extra 2 hours at your facility when I arrived back at my job it was not a comfortable conversation I would like to repeat. Thanks U-Haul....

The truck had 25k miles and the front lights are held on by duct tape. The truck was dirty. We swept it out before we loaded it. There was no inspection with me. I just got the keys. The truck was terrible on gas when loaded. At turn it. Pictures had to be taken of the speedometer and to show the truck was clean. So why was it not important when I picked the truck up.

The moving blankets I received smelled like cat urine and cigarettes. Please check these before giving them out. Half of mine were unusable.
