The truck smelled like cigarette smoke and the floor boards on the driver's side looked like someone had been through muddy areas throughout the day. The tire service light was on for low tire pressure.

As I drove away, I had misgivings about the condition of the trailer. However, the attendant assured me it was reliable and her comments proved true.

ALVIN B.I scheduled to reserve a truck about 2 weeks in advance at a Uhaul close to my house. The day of I drove to that location and waited in line for a full half hour, my reservation was canceled. Apparently my reservation had been moved to Arabi, that's 20 minutes away from the location that I reserved the truck. When I arrived at Arabi the employee told me she had cancelled my reservation because my number was disconnected. I have had the same phone number for about 29 years and haven't had any problems with it. As I was standing in line and she finished checking me in I got a text from them on the same phone number that was in the system. Between the waiting in line at the first location and the drive to and back from Arabi I lost over an hour of my time in an already stressful move. I sent an email complaint when everything but have yet to hear a reply. I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received from Uhaul and will go out of my way to not use your services again.

David S.My original reservation was at New Jerusalem Car Wash but my vehicle wasn't there and your agent was of no help. Yet I drove by the night before my pick up date and saw a unit there. Very dissatisfied. But Arabi was close and luckily had a unit.
