Changed time and place of pickup. NO DROPBOX found at truck return location at Ace Hardware in Sisseton, SD. Very frustrating after a long day of moving. App to return vehicle not user friendly. Very nerve wracking. I actually got three different locations that I was supposed to pick up the truck from. Blaine, North Branch, Ham Lake.

Our drop off was at 8am. We arrived at that time or maybe even a few mins earlier but the doors were not open yet. The store hours online said 7am-6pm for sundays but on the door they said 10am-6pm. As we were going to start a self return someone came out to unlock and turn on their “open” sign. Another customer was being helped before us and by the time we received help it was 8:30am. The person doing our return asked if we returned the uhaul on time. We did yes, but he said “no, you're half an hour late. I'll let it slide this time” he said our return time was at 7:30am already. We told him our return time is at 8am but he didn't listen. The whole time he was using his phone to do the return and his phone crashed so he jumped on his desk top. On the desktop he said our return time was at 8am but not sure why his cellphone said 7:30am. I did not like this return location. Next time I will not be coming back.

I was charged twice as many miles as I drove and they were not only rude and refused to budge on their mistake, but their truck is extremely un safe and barely turns or stops. I will NOT recommend them to anyone whatsoever! Rudest customer service I have ever dealt with.

Better communication. It was unclear how many blankets I received and they left everything up to me and didnt really assure me that I had received what I ordered. They assumed I knew how to handle the responsibility of driving a 26 ft truck. The lady who helped to give me a written receipt was the most helpful

The gentle man working there was nice but my goodness he kept saying he won't help attach my car trailer to the truck because of liabilities and I had to explain i was told someone would help me go through the process and we went through this banter for far too long. None ever called me where I would pickup my truck with car trailer. I had to call and confirm only to find out the location would be 40 minutes away eating up my moving time i needed that included 80 minutes total. Uhaul is the eorst

Not make a customer drive 50 miles out of their way to rent a trailer for a one way trip. You had two motorcycle trailers in stains Paul they refused to rent me and I was sent to Ham Lake where they only had two trailers total

Rented a furniture via the Uhaul representative by phone. When I arrived at Appliance Solutions they did not have this type of dolly, but were quick to call Uhaul and request they refund us.

Horrendous customer service. They should fully not service U-Haul patrons nor be involved in any customer service field whatsoever. I have nothing but horrible feelings about the entire situation and the manner in which they, not only conducted themselves as business owners but how they represented U-Haul as a company. I will Actually go to lengths to avoid / pay hefty sums above and beyond to not have to deal With this location as well as U-Haul as a company entirely. U-Haul should be wildly concerned for their own livelihood having people like this represent them in the future. I wish them good luck as they will NEVER receive my money or patronage EVER again.

Lady who helped me was very disorganized and distracted but she was friendly and helped get trailer hooked up and such. / drop off was a little strange in that the guy who was working counter didn't know what to do except tell Me to check in online and I had to figure that out myself, while another customer was being told what to do by someone else on speaker phone. Just was very disorganized and not very professional.
