Was a bit confusing where to go. Trailers were at one end of a long building along with the U-Haul drop boxes but after getting up to that door it directed you to a door clear at the other end of the building so we had to move car twice

David ThomasI received a $9 fuel charge for using not even 1 gallon of gas and the gas gauge was the same as when I picked it up. I have no doubt it was set higher so when I checked in, it would show I used more gas than what I used.
Daniel DoddWhen it is icy out make sure you guys put salt down because I fell on the ice and I have bruises up and down my legs from the fall that day.

STEPHEN MCCOYI had to Drive to another UHaul Location to get a furniture cart because this site didn't have the one I had ordered. Uhaul did give me a discount on my invoice to compensate for added miles and higher rental cost of cart, which was much appreciated.

Nick CochranThe most annoying thing was the mobile check-in. I've used mobile check-in before and not had any issues. However, this time for some reason I had to provide two names and numbers as references. U-Haul called each reference ten minutes after I provided the phone number. It asked for these references one at a time and didn't ask for them until I was checking in so I ended up sitting in the parking lot for thirty minutes (which took time out of my scheduled rental). I also had issues with using my phone number because last time I used U-Haul I had made the reservation (unknowingly) under a different e-mail. Therefore, my phone number could not be used as a contact because it was linked to a different account. I'm sure if I had been able to check-in in person everything would have been fine but it was after hours and that was not a possibility.
Erica MoscarelloThe rear door on the truck would not stay in the upright position. This caused a great difficulty when loading or unloading the truck. We should not have been charged the full price for the defective truck we were given.

Joe HimesMy location changed about 3 times I was at the other location then they called me saying it was in newark which was about 30 away and where they said they wouldn’t have it the first time but did end up having it they said I would be getting 50 dollars off at the end because of the inconvenient of changing and having to get a bigger truck. but I never got the 50 dollars off
Benjamin HeplerI requested and paid to have to a furniture dolly put onto the uhaul. When I picked up the uhaul there was not a furniture dolly in the truck. I would like my money back for not being able to use the dolly.
Sydney LannanAPP and Online pickup would not work, after 1 hour 15 minutes on hold call was dropped. Had to call back, wait another 15 minutes and was escalated to a Manager who had to perform a manual pickup. Two hours later was able to pickup.

Randy StewartThis facility is difficult to find. Signage is non existent. Wandered through the parking lot, finally entered a building with NO U Haul sign and asked a worker from an unrelated business where UHaul was located and she called someone to assist us.
Cathy BestMy drop off was after hours on Friday and it took until Monday to get the equipment checked in. Uhaul says you can drop off after hours, but the website provides no means to do so. There was indication of an app that is available, but I do not use a smart phone. I tried every other avenue, including the 800 number, but the contract stayed open on the website for three days.
MARTIN FLUMPick up by mobile phone was a disaster. Locks would not open. Vehicle had barely any gas. We had to call U-haul customer service and were on the phone for an hour trying to complete the pick up process. Our reservation was double booked and we had to drive 30 minutes to pick up a truck. Called us less than 24 hours to confirm the truck was going to someone and we would have to drive further to get another one. We were charged more than what was quoted. We were supposed to get a $50 discount for the double booking and not be charged for being given a larger truck. Neither was taken off of our bill. The delay caused us to be late dropping off at the destination facility. Because of this we will be charge the additional $20 for dropping off after office hours .
