I've been called at the time of pick up to tell me that the truck from my reservation would be ready until the day after. I've been sent to a different location farther away to pick up another truck but once I've got there, there was no reservation and no truck left so they sent me to a third location. After running around for two hours and getting late on my schedule, the guy kept serving other people while I was waiting for the keys. Very poor service. Will never do business with this company ever again!

This isn't even a Shell station. So why would you say that it is? Are you purposely trying to make it difficult to locate? Personnel very UNHELPFUL here.

The cargo area light did not work. Made things very difficult to see to load and unload

The employee at the register did not know what he was doing, which, It may have been his first time doing this, but the gentleman he called wasnt much help either, he attempted to collect payment from the card on file and kept getting an error on his end, making me have to pay an additional fee and an additional hour for my movers because of this. I do not recommend really any gas station be a UHaul Representative Spot, due to their limited access and knowledge.

Could not reach anyone on phone waited in parking lot for over 45 min for instructions on how to drop off a key . Besides that good experience

The staff was nice and helpful, but it took a really long time checking in. The process is done on a mobile phone. Maybe invest in a computerized system to move the process along faster. Other than that I was pleased with service

My original pickup was at another location closer to my home. It got changed twice so that I had to travel further to obtain the truck
