I had no complaints at all. Staff was personable. They processed the customer ahead of us, and processed our order quickly. Equipment was clean and functioning properly. Drop off was easy. There were no surprise charges on the bill. No complaints

I was charged $25 for a cleanup fee which is totally ridiculous. I left 2 empty water bottles in the back of the truck. You are robbing your customers. I would never use uhaul again and will make sure my friends, family and coworkers know how badly you treat your customers.

they robbed me of $40 i got my truck at below quarter of a tank they made me take my truck 3 miles out of the way from where i got my truck then charged me $40 i drove a total of 36 miles and put $20 of gas in the truck maybe if i was able to bring my truck back to where i picked it up from i wouldn't have had an additional 4 miles added to my drive i will let social media know about my experience and the better business bureau and consumer affairs and state attorney generals office this bate and switch is illegal

The representative for U-Haul at this location had terrible service. He was very unhelpful in the process and on top of all that had a rude attitude. Do not recommend.

Check truck for maintenance issues before leasing. Passenger windshield wiper needs replacing. Rear tires both treads are low and probably should be replaced

I am extremely unhappy with my experience with U-Haul from start to finish yesterday. My reservation was cancelled without me being informed. I had to try to rebook a 26’ truck last minute and got lucky, but despite selecting 24/7 mobile check-in, the system would not let me check in and said I had to wait till 9am to retrieve the keys and U-Haul from an employee at the business. The U-Haul employee had a terrible attitude and was not helpful at ALL, and this took upwards of 45 minutes to pick up a truck when it should have been quick and easy because of selecting the 24/7 check in. Because of this mess, the online checkin didn’t get completed and I was not able to realize the employee didn’t put an appliance dolly or moving pads in the truck until we got to our storage unit 30 minutes away. This made unloading a storage unit with appliances extremely difficult. I attempted to stop BACK by the business to pickup an appliance dolly for the tail end of the move and was told the U-Haul employee was on lunch and they didn’t know when he could get back nor could they give me a dolly. This made the entire moving experience harder than it needed to be and really inconvenienced my help and I. I will not use this location again.

Location was closed. was told it was closed all week. Paul from apex took the key and called the manager of uhaul and said I would get an email once truck was checked over. I prefer to be told that when a location is closed during my delivery date, to choose another location.

The customer service was rude and disrespectful. The employee at Apex (Tristan) refuse to provide customer service and inform me that he was not going to help me. I was told to call customer service (1-800 uhaul) , because he was done helping me. I felt disrespected and embarrassed in front of other customers. I really needed to move my furniture that day so I had no option but to deal with the horrible customer service. I called customer service immediately for help and report the incident. I took pictures of the cabin of the truck for evidence. I am waiting on a called from a uhaul manager to speak about the incident.

I had reserved a furniture dolly when I made my reservation. I was told one was not available when I went to pick up the truck. This set me back over an hour because I had to go rent one somewhere else. They should have called to let me know ahead of time. It would have saved valuable time on an already stressful day.

Truck was dirty and scratched when picked up. Steering was bad, out of alignment and pulled to the right. Upon returning the truck I was charged for a scratch that was already there. The truck was not damaged st all during my rental period.
