I came in 2 days prior to rental date to confirm everything so I did not have any problems. The attendant assured me I could purchase a 2â€ ball there needed to pull the trailer and that they could install it on my hitch. When I arrived on rental day (leaving on a 15 hour drive) I was told there was no 2â€ ball to purchase and they do not install anything. Honestly since moving to Arizona two of the most unhelpful people I have dealt with. I had to go buy a ball and then go to an auto repair to have installed on my hitch. What I learned is to deal with a Uhaul certified Dealer not a satellite location that carries a few products. Will NEVER recommend this location for anything. They do RV repair, towing and a multitude of things.... but could not install a ball on a hitch. Also when I tried to drop my equipment on the drop off location I was told the equipment hooked up was not the equipment that was on the contract. It was a HUGE hassle to drop the trailer due to it being the wrong equipment on contract. Very poorly mismanaged!!Jamie C.
We needed to extend our time to have the truck. So called the location and nobody would answer the phone. I left 2 voicemails that never got responded to. I even attempted to call the main Uhaul customer service numbrt and was on hold to the point I hung up.Patricia H.
I arrived at my Uhaul on time with my mobile device which told me that I had to wait for the store to open (closed Sundays) to find out (after a 25 minute wait on hold in the rain) that my truck that was confirmed wasn't there. I was given the address for another store to get a different truck. We drove 7 miles out of our way to find another closed Uhaul store. Now I get a text from Uhaul explaining they gave me the wrong address. The new address is about nine blocks from the first place. Hooray, there's a truck and an open sign lit in the window. The employee seemed a little confused but we figured it out. Only two hours of downtime with a $20/hour helper and we were on our way! Great truck, lousy service. Not even an apology. Thanks for making my moving experience so cheap and smooth (sarcasm).MARTIN K.

Better customer service. Had to wait a long time 30+ minutes before we even got the truck. Found out the ac didn't work which we think should have been known before we got the truck. Agent told us to go to another location but said they could not call to verify truck was actually available. We went to other location and sure enough truck was not available there either. We had to call transportation to tell us where to go for another truck. We did not receive the support we would expect for the situation.Matthew C.

Returned my trailer early on a Friday and was told I would receive an email that it was returned, which I never received. On Monday I called to tell them I never received the email and come to find out it was never checked back in. The gentleman I spoke with took care of it after giving him the some information and I received the email . I can only imagine what would have happen if I had not called on it. Follow through on your end would be my recommendation on this situation.Tami S.

Customer Service was awful. The rep could have cared less I showed up that day. Prior to arriving I checked in on-line as suggested. This location could not find that contract SO I guess they created a NEW one?? Trailers were parked within 1 inch of each other, when the U haul rep abandoned me.. I had a horrible time just trying to get the trailer out and away from the other trailers so none would get damaged.Charles E.

The floor of the truck bed was the dirtiest I've ever seen when renting a truck. There was actually dirt and rocks all over the truck bed that I had to spend about 30-45 mins with my own cleaning supplies to sweep and clean myself. The cup holders for both the drivers-side and passenger-side had beverage spills all over them, and there was wrappers all over the place. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. I would hope Uhaul would refund me at least $30 for the time and trouble.Paul B.

Reserved truck and dolly. Checked in the morning of reservation prior to pickup time and confirmed truck and dolly rental. Upon arrival, no dolly available and no prior notification received of this. Very detrimental to not have a dolly when moving and to find out the day of!! Also tried contacting the location numerous times day of rental and could not reach anyone. Very disappointing!Emily O.

This location is often short of equipment including blankets (how is that possible?). This the closest location to me and after using them for years I will never return here! I was not given instructions on the return of equipment at the time of the rental. When I called to inquire about equipment return policy no one answered the phone so I left a message at 10:05 am. requesting a call back and no one returned my call even still after just under 24 hours of placing the call. Good for U-haul for having a necessary service for me to use.....shame on U-haul for this locations terrible service!!! You asked for the feedback and I gave my honest experience.Richard J.
The guy at the counter was friendly enough, but at the absolute very least, clean out the damn used diabetic testing strips! The cab was filthy and there was sand in the box. The truck was obviously not cleaned recently, as there was also food debris on the floor and in the cup holders in addition to the biohazard material. â€œWould you recommend this location to a friend?â€ HA! Ordered truck, furniture pads and appliance dolly. Got 5he truck and thats all.Clerks attitude was worthless. Told me I could drive around to other locations for rest of stuff. Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. Spent 2+ hours trying to get my truck. Customer service was minimal help and continually transfered me. Was on the phone for at least an 1.5 hours trying to get truck through online pickup, since this locations was closed. Finally made it through all the steps, only to have the wrong code to access the lockbox where the key was, and had to start back from point A. Called customer service, waited on hold for 20 mins, only to be transferred AGAIN! Would not recommend. Use any other moving truck company, except this one!
