Dawn FeronyI was charged for a “Cleaning Fee” and the rental was dirty inside (I submitted a picture on the pick up questionnaire) and had trash in the bed of the truck when I first got it. I threw out the trash from the bed off the truck and I get charged for this.. I have attempted to get this corrected twice and both times I got told “the system is down.” I have a feeling I’m being lied to and will not get credit for this.

Adolfo GarzaI was charged $20 service free, although I returned the truck 2 hours early. The office person was not present, so I took a photo of the mileage and dropped the keys off. Why wasn’t anyone available at the office to take my keys and check me out? Why was I changed for late fee, although the truck was returned well before the time. Will not use Uhaul again

JOSIAH WILSONI called customer service and they said they would have the local store call me back and that has not happened yet. I will go by the store and resolve the $20 over charge fee for after hours. I rented a trailer for 24 hours and had it lass than 6.

She gave me directions on how to purchase items I needed to complete the registration process and was very helpful. The trailer was in great shape and I had no problems at all with it.

GILBERT GARZAI had to drive about 30 minutes further to pick up the size UHaul I needed because the scheduled location didn’t have it and neither did any other location in the area. Upon picking the uhaul up I was informed the last customer carried something that spilled motor oil all over the bed of the truck. They attempted to clean with DW-4, which doesn’t work for oils spills, and made it worse. I had to drive it home, ruin many towels to clean it up as much as I could, and then lay down tarps to cover the floor so my furniture and other household items were not ruined. The tarps are now covered with oil and honestly not worth attempting to clean. I was told I would be given a discount for the inconvenience but never was included during final payment. The pickup location said she could still send me the discount afterwards but never did.

When I took everything out, only dirt was from some June bugs on the ground. All my belongings were just as I left them, and checking in and out was very simple, and the price was the best in the area! 10/10 experience, would recommend.

NICKOLAS WYLIECustomer service at all levels was helpful and friendly but there was a disconnect between local/region and the Nationwide reservation system. Also, for long distance moves you should make it 10 days with the rental and just include the $40 a day in the initial quote.
Andrew WilliamsReserved an appliance dolly on same day as truck reservation (Tuesday), arrived at location and no appliance dolly was available, woman told me if she doesn't know about it she can't let us have it. Then proceeded to tell me to call around to other locations and see if they have one. She also was taking her children to lunch which was more important that serving the customer who just spent $1000 renting a truck. As a result of not getting the appliance dolly we had to leave that furniture behind.
Colt HoganI found half eaten moldy sandwich behind seats and it stunk up the cab the entire time. I believe I was overcharge as an additional charge came out 4 days later.

JEAN BISETSANot this location, but U-Haul as a whole needs to get its system straight. We were directed to another location to pick up/drop off before being redirected to Windy Hill Rd. The other place did not and have not had the trailer we needed, so we wasted all that time and very expensive gas.

daryl kanaryThere should be an alert sent to the customer that reminds them of the the time needed. I know it says on he contract what day and time it should be returned, but a reminder for the time would’ve been helpful for me.
Norman MedinaI was unable to pick up my truck at the time I rented it, this really delayed my plans and put us in a bind. Although the local attendee called the previous renter for a status, she did not relay that info to me. Although she did her best to get the truck as soon as possible, I think it would have been better to give me a call 30 minutes before my rental time if the truck and previous renter was nowhere to be seen. This would have managed my expectations and avoided a 40 minute round trip for nothing.

DeJuan LewisWas charged for 2 days when requested only 1 day. Returned it in less than 12 hrs and arrived the location at 8:30 the hours of operation were 9:00-5:00 and the employee arrived at 9:30.
