Make the online check out/rent easier. I had to call about 7 times just to get the truck and not have issues.

No parking. App/website to drop off didn't work. Had to call UHaul multiple times to return truck.

The lady that was there in the morning was very helpful, but the online process was not user friendly and delayed the time it took to rent the truck.

Stacey was so caring and very considerate in helping me within my moving situation ! She's the BEST ! I will definitely recommend this location to all of my friends ! If I ever need these services again , I will be back ! I was very impressed with her and the way it was so nice and clean in the office as well ! Thank You! Have a great day ! Ms. McCarty

Make it easier to return truck. I was instructed to drop off truck at 7am on Sunday no one at office. Called uhaul they said do it on line my phone was not cooperating so I dropped key and contract in return box.

I was very pleased with the customer service at the location that I rented the U-Haul; Anytime Storage on Benson Hwy. They were very accomodating and great to work with. I would recommend this location to anyone that needs to rent a truck. Or a storage unit.

The lady who helped me over the phone was fantastic. When corporate "stole" the truck I had reserved for an out of town move, she took the time to find me a replacement of the same size, and have it ready for me at her location. I cannot thank her enough.

Do not hire not responsible young people like the employees working at your location in Ajo and 6th avenue. They didn't respect my reservation ; it was a very bad experienvce. However the lady by Benson was very efficient! ! Thanks to her we moved our furniture on time!

Vehicles are built for moving and have minimal creature comforts in the cab. Seats were comfy.

No complaints about staff that assisted me. But I wasn't satisfied with the outcome of the error they made. They forgot to unlock the lock that's on the back of the Uhaul door. So I drove off to my home to start loading my furniture, and that's when I seen the lock and I thought the truck keys opened it. I called back and staff told me that they were very sorry, that I needed to go back in order for them to unlock it. It was just the inconvenience to drive back to the office as I was ready to load up the Uhaul. So I asked staff, what can you do for the inconvenience. She said, I'll talk to my boss. So they just deducted about $3 and some change. I felt they could have done more than that. I just won't rent from Uhaul no more. My next truck rental will be from Hertz.

Both of the ladies I worked with there were extremely nice and helpful. Great place, would work with them again.

Rented truck at one location and had to go quite a ways to get the truck. They should bring it to the destination where we rented it from.

Operater was welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

Late night drop off was so confusing Drop key box not well viable at night need directions on what to do and uhaul.com kept freezing
