when returning truck did not get final bill was told it would be email to me that day but no final bill so I guess you could make the bill what you would like it to be..don't like to be lead on ..so do what you say you will do for the customer

Clarence GThe person running the store was very helpful. He helped me to unhook the trailer correctly and made the return process quick and easy. There could be more signage where to drop off the equipment and more information for after hour drop off. i.e. A sign saying "U haul returns and after drop off hour returns back lot". It may not have been good if I left the trailer in the front of the store in the front lot for an after hour drop-off since the back lot is a nice large parking are too.
