I needed the Uhaul for a few more hours and I guess the only option was to pay for another day. It cost me more for the extra time then it did for the first day. I believe I was charged too much for the fuel when I know we left more in it than when I picked it up. I was told I was only paying the mileage overage. The first day was $89.30 and the extra hours cost was $117.24 and it was only 1 way? I reserved it for 1:00pm an delivered it next day around 5:30 or 6:00 that extra few hours cost me $117.24. I hope I never have to rent a uhaul again.

We had issues returning the equipment. It didn't let me go through with the return unless i marked the option that the equipment was not clean and because of that i had to pay extra for cleaning plus another daily rate because it passed the delivery time. How can i get the money back for the extra charges?

Keith V.Car hauler came with a flat tire, half of the lights did not work, no brakes on trailer brake fluid reservoir was empty, car hauler is a safety hazard to be on the road. In my opinion there is nothing that can be improved at this location other than close this location down since the owner provided me with false information about the breaking system of the trailer which put my family in danger , just to make a buck , also lying about return policy and price policy. This person should not be allowed to represent your brand unless you don't care about your customers.
